- After I set up my CPA page can I buy some ads to drive traffic to it (again, without having a personal account)?

Yes,you can create a Facebook without a personal account, though I don't have such.
You can as well buy Facebook ads through PayPal and an fastest.

Nothing will go bad if you close you Facebook ads account, but all is for your own good.

You cannot do any business with Facebook without opening account with them.Do a thorough research on how to use Facebook ads to maximise profits
