It is no longer rumour that Ripple has been sued by SEC for improper sell of their cryptocurrency XRP.

The sue has been a subject of discussion in many cryptocurrency sites and blogs.

Holders are afraid on what will be the fate of this coin . In your opinion , do you think that this lawsuit will affect the price negatively ?

Yes, sure, they won the case with the U.S SEC, after the alleged information about XRP diverting unregistered security to retail customers. Something SEC tagged as "illegal act". But fortunately XRP came out on top on this one.

Wow. This is goodnews . I was confident that they are going to win the case and yes they didn't disappoint me . We will now wait for a Bullish run by Xrp .

It has already negatively impacted its price.
I think those who say nothing worse are wrong, we can see much lower prices.
Isn't it risky to deal with XRP when there are so many altcoins?

Investing in Ripple now is very risky, things are getting worse for this coin and this affected the coin negatively. People are doing high risk investment because we believe ripple still has greater chance of recovering.

Hmm, it will recover if what I heard about them is true. A heard someone posting in this forum, that Ripple have won their lawsuit with U.S SEC. If that's true, then I think it's wise we invest into it. Hoping it will soon climb up again. Because their plans will be to revamp back their coin to have value again.

That is the sad part about assets that are not bondable but on Ripple you can never go wrong.I know other lower coins will try to leverage on this but you can't beat what was built on a solid ground.Ripple is here to stay.

Exactly my thoughts. Ripple can go down this time alright. But after this issue they're into is resolved everyone will start to buy again for sure. Hopefully they fix the issue fast.

I pray they come out of this successfully and retain their status back, as one of the largest Cryptocurrency network in the world. I really don't like the dismal time they're facing, wish them success in the case pursuit with the U.S SEC.

Xrp is like at the top 5 of Cryptocurrencies. I can't understand the case filed against them every Cryptocurrencies does that. Every new Currency is giving "future price" but why xrp

I feel so bad, that this lawsuit is still rumbling around, not yet decided in the favour of Ripple. I pray that XRP comes on top and regain their spot back as the 3rd largest Cryptocurrency. Other Cryptocurrencies does same thing XRP did, but they didn't discover theirs. XRP have to pay the price for others.

The lawsuit against Ripple affected its price and it is very cheap now. You can use your spare money to invest in it now because it is at risk and risky investment always result in good yields if successful.

What I find interesting and yet disturbing is why the price of ripple still keeps going down.

What will they do now to ensure that the coin bounces back, and how long investors that still believe in them need to wait. It would be nice if they updated us.

I love your faith trying to take that fear factor away, and invest long time on XRP, even when the price is sinking down base on the ongoing saga between them and U.S SEC. I believe in that timeframe you indicated, will see the coin regain it's value and bring you profit you wish for.

Hmm, everyday price of XRP reduces by 2% making a bad time in the history of the coin. They are suffering at the moment, I see the future still bright for them. I believe they gonna come on top on their case issue with U.S SEC.

Yeah now it's not possibility anymore. The price of XRP falling dramatically as XRP is loosing too many investors. That lawsuit definitely caused XRP to get very close to die. But I am pretty positive that XRP will return soon.

Yeah somethings in life you hold on to them wether its stormy or rainy but you stick by to be focused that this is worth it even to the drop of the jaw.So we stand together on this one.

It will surely affect it. With the law suit is going on, the market for xrp will drop drastically. I didn't bother buying it before so I am not so bother about its price going down. I hope they're able to come out of this stronger.

I am reading that holders are now dumping ripple. Where is it being dumped? There must surely be buyers buying the dumped ripple so there is still a market. If ripple wins the case these buyers could make good profit.

Nah, I already closed it before it crashed again. I was thinking of just buying some ripple again without any leverages or anything, but not sure to be honest.

Yes it has already starting to affect the price of xrp and will continue until the charges are dropped. We could be looking into January or February before the charges will be dropped and xrp will rise again.

It might even fall again in January, because right now the coin is dropping massively and until the lawsuit case os settled then things might level up
