The SEC has made no secret about their stance on cryptocurrency and how they are not in complete support of the currency due to teh risks that are involved. The new chairman of the SEC who is Gary Gensler has said that he is looking forward to working with Congress in an effort to try and regulate the trade of these coins on their exchanges. This is aimed to help at protecting investors but could also be a platform to try and regulate the crypto market as a whole as well. Do you think that this will help or damage the cryptocurrency market?

Well You Asking If A Hungry Lion Will Bite You Or Not , Then You Also Know , When This Situation Is Valid , You Need To Run For Your Life , Same Applies Here .

Well , irrespective of how many partnership SEC makes , they will still come down to accept that cryptocurrency is here to stay

Yes , It Is Right To Say That the Things Are Going To Be Like That And Once All Countries Accept. it Will Be Great Advantage Tbh Actually .

That is just the fact and the faster they take their regulatory activities more serious in cryptocurrency the better for them and I think the new chairman is trying to change things are better.

I think that this is inevitable and that all of these lawsuits by the SEC is all a way to draw it out before it is fully legalized. After all, there are many countries now that are moving to adopt it, so it is only a matter of time before USA does the same.

And the results is taxes. Congress will make some taxes regulation with crypto as an object. Offcourse they have to work together with SEC so they know their target..

Yeah . He is trying to seek for a way to have a neutral ground between cryptocurrency and their stand on it. This is the right thing for them to do

Indeed and we gonna see markets bleed for some time again due to the things you guys said and then again slowly recoveries starting

Well Xrp Made It Back , But On Cases Like Lbry , They Made It From $0.26 To $0.04 So they did have made an impact to be honest in my opinion .

They had the case agikst this as well , so it felt down like what I said to be honest and this is what we not expect from good projects to be honest

Am i the only one who thinks SEC is doing everything possible to have in control of cryptocurrency?.
I don't it's gonna work because cryptocurrency is decentralized.

They can't control cryptocurrencies they can only regulate it which is also within the jurisdiction of every SEC . Cryptocurrency is already beyond manipulation by Government

Yeah, definitely. Cryptocurrency cannot be controlled because it is decentralized. I think proper regulation is good and important though.

That's what every SEC of each country should focus on because it is best way to get revenue from cryptocurrencies witch-hunting other cryptocurrency developers is a waste of time

This is really surprising , but hope the regulation won't be too much because many investors would find it attractive since there would be some kind of breach in the annonymity of cryptocurrency

There are attempt to regulate the cryptocurrency market by SEC . They are keen to forfeiting the characteristics of the crypto.
It is not bad for them to regulate the activities of cryptocurrencies in their region to prevent fraud, money laundering and generate revenue but they can't regulate the price of cryptocurrencies.

The cryptocurrency critics are on the increase every day. They never wanted the cryptocurrency to succeed but their notion isn't working. Regulating the cryptocurrency would not make decentralized.
