1. Only Support Trading Of Few Coins: Only major coins like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ethereum Classic, Litecoin etc can be traded on the exchange. This might be due to the simplicity the exchange is trying to achieve.
2. Poor Support: Support can only be contacted via mail, there are reports of users complaining of not getting any response from support. This can be untrue in most cases.

It is an usually thing,that many sites do.They give many benefits to new members,to bring this way many people to the site.They even pay at the start some members,to be there some proof,that the site is legit and paying.After that all is changing,when there have been many deposits or enough profit to the site owner.Better not invest to this type of sites.
