I came upon this site from a video I saw on Youtube *Warning: Non English*

Basically how the site works is that you deposit your preferred crypto currency (BTC, ETH, XRP, BCH, LTC, XMR, XEM, DASH) to their address and instantly you'll get the cash amount to your Paypal account with the profit. How they do this is that they offer higher sell prices compared to most crypto selling sites. For example, the current sell price of 1 BTC to USD is 6,465.67. They sell it for 7,176.89 and so your profit from this is 711.21.

It seems really easy in the video. He did the exchange at noon and got the Paypal payment at night. He claims that you can do this as many times as you want in a day, however it depends on how fast they make the Paypal transaction. Most transactions take 24 hours.

The guy uses coins.ph, PayPal and Gcash (A local mobile wallet). His method for transferring funds is as follows. He transfers money from GCash to coins.ph to trade his money to BTC. (Because loading money to GCash is free but loading money to coins.ph has a 2% fee) Also, transferring Paypal funds to Gcash has no transfer fee. GCash to coins.ph has a fixed 20 peso ($0.4) fee on most transfers. In a way, he saves money from doing this.

Here is an English speaking tutorial on how the service works. I don't know why all the videos on Youtube are from Filipinos.

I'm quite skeptic of this service even though I've seen so many payment proofs. From the video, he sent $50 worth of BTC and it came back as $54 worth of BTC. $2 went to Paypal. I researched the site and they don't even have a physical office or landline number. This can be a lucrative way to earn money just from doing this multiple times rather than waiting to sell you BTC when the price is down. Has anyone earned from a site like this?

A non Filipino review of Coinslevel. It seems to me they are taking off. I'd like to try the service myself but to see even a little profit, you need a sizable capital to make it work. The Paypal fee will literally eat your profits if you put less than $150 on it. I don't have that kind of money on me right now. Has anyone tried this service? Anyone want to try it?

Tried it and it works. Takes less than 24 hours to process the transaction and have it posted to your PayPal account. Just like others, I don't like to fees linked to the payment since it almost defeats the purpose of adding more money to your account using the site itself. I'm still using it and will check for additional profit once I go with higher exchange.

Can I ask how many times you've tried this service? I've read from comments on the Youtube video that they will only give the money back to you the first few times and when you've earned a big chunk, they won't return your money back to you. I also question their business model. They might just run with the money they have once it reaches a certain point. They are just earning from rebates and spreads of the converted BTC.

I have transacted almost 70K PHP with them. First few conversions went OK, I earned 10K+ PHP. PayPal payments were received and was able to withdraw funds to a local bank. But after a few more, I received a lot of disputes from CoinsLevel PayPal accounts saying they did not authorize the transactions, they were not aware of the payments, or they did not receive the items. This was their business model, they're using PayPal's buyer protection program to their advantage. If a buyer (CoinsLevel) says any of these 3 + if they are in the U.S., PayPal will hold your funds and refund back the amt to the buyer (CoinsLevel), thus you will loose your money. I got a total of 800 USD + claims from CoinsLevel, then PayPal placed a restriction to my account, I can no longer withdraw the funds I have while CoinsLevel kept on sending disputes to loot all the funds I have left. DON'T TRUST THEM.

I have deposited 700 PHP and it's already been 40+ Hours nearly 2 days and I received nothing in my Paypal Account.

This is my second attempt, the first attempt work just fine, in my second attempt there goes the problem, seems like the support team is out of reach I have contacted the support many times and no response at all...

Thanks for sharing both of you. It sucks you didn't get to withdraw your money before Paypal froze your account. What also sucks is that Filipino Youtubers are the only ones promoting this service. Makes you want to think this is a local operation even though the IP address is in Russia. They don't even have the balls to take down their Youtube videos on the subject even though the comments is filled with situation like yours. They're getting paid I think.

same here. I have transactions with them like many times. I was earning, i was exchanging 200usd every transaction. Until last 2 days, they sent a dispute of the amount they send using the paypal accounts they have. My paypal is now on negative balance.

Hi! Anyone else who had problems with this site? Saw some groups promoting it so I did have a few transactions with them recently then stopped. I was alarmed about the refunds after reading it here. Care to share more details about it? Like how many days did it take before the disputes came? Did every person involved in the transaction issued a refund against you? Did you try emailing the "support" team of the site?

I am wondering if it's really a scam or someone is reporting fake "Scam Claims" because the comments look like Copy & pasted back by different users... Even the first Scam story is copy-pasted because I read the same story in a Youtube Comment.
