Coinbase in it plan to extend it services to India has hired Pankaj Gupta, a former Google Pay engineering lead in India and Asia Pacific. He said he will be responsible for leading and building the company technological hub from scratch.
Coinbase made it intention for extension last month and has been posting some job offers as the company plan is to hire hundreds of employees across all levels in engineering, product management, UX design, research and program management within the next 1–2 years to build out a full tech hub in India.

This is a big opportunity for the Indians , we hope to see this in Africa.

Yes it's a good news for Indians but we citizens are still unsure about the crypto ban policy in our country. It's still not made very clear about the ban which is confusing.

This has little or nothing to do with India's currency. The person that was hired is going to work for coinbase and not to help improve their country's currency

Let us no misinterpret this information. The person was only appointed to work with coinbase . His presence do not necessarily have effect on India's currency

I think they never had the intention of employing people from all parts of the world , they only employ those that have the qualities that they desire.

Well , US is not the only country with talents , there are other people with huge talents that are not from the US , infact they shouldn't be enjoying Monopoly

That's a really great news from Indian point of view. Indian economy is in desperate need of such foreign projects. Its good to hear that they are willing to put in there best options to grow their business here by appointing renowned professionals.

I agree with you and that was the point I was trying to make. They have had it all and it wouldn't be a bad idea for other countries to enjoy some trickles here and there.
