Last week was a dark week for a fast growing social media platform called Twitter that witnessed a massive hack to more than 100 influential accounts via conspiracy with some Twitter employee.
Coinbase and other Crypto currencies exchange sites halted about 1000 customers from transacting bitcoin worth of $280,000 within that short period.
Coinbase users alone sent about $3000 of bitcoin to scam bitcoin addresses which was halted. What's your opinion on this?.

This is surprising? , its just too bad those scammers might have transfered it to a smaller exchange sites so they can bypass , but they should do more investigation to catch those scammers , this is very bad

The exchange sites or platforms are on top notch to security measures tracking almost all bogus transactions in and out of their platform. Crypto currencies can be completely annoymous honestly.

the hacker managed to scam more than 1 million USD worth of BTC, and till now, there are no news about who's him, they are still searching

They will keep tracking the hacker with all necessary tools that they can use to do that. It is not easy to manage an exchange sites successfully for a long time.

I think this is a good move by Coinbase and these cryptocurrency wallets that blocked these transaction , at least it helped some to avoid the scam and also the scammers from sending out the scammed money

This is a stipulated clause in the coinbase policy,it was meant to help recover any transactions that might not have been completed. So it worked in favour of coinbase clients.Though its a shame that the people we entrust with our vital information and identities end up being the ones selling us out.Only hope the criminals from Twitter were dealt with.
