Coinbase, one of the leading cryptocurrency exchanges, chose the Nasdaq for direct listing, according to The Block's report based on two sources. The stock market is expected to be listed on Nasdaq in the coming weeks.
Do you think other coin exchanges can make such decisions?

The Coinbase exchange has made a very serious attempt. But I think it will gain a lot from this process and its popularity will increase even more. I guess it will reach much more customer numbers.

I think the decision is up to each and every cryptocurrency exchange out there. Maybe some will follow suit, some other don't, we will see. Only time can tell.

Other coins exchanged can still take a decision like this of the outcome is a positive one for coinbase. I'm sure other exchanges are looking out to see how it goes I believe

They are the top currency exchanger so other may or may not follow them but for real i wish coinbase relist BSV because my coins are still stuck

Is nasdaq a name of a share or coin i would like to know more about the coin , its the first time i am hearing the name of the coin i think , so i will like to know more

I believe there is a very strong reason why coinbase took that decision to list the coin directly. If other exchanges are also faced with such similar situation, l'm sure they will also do like coinbase did.

I believe this will mean so much for the Nasdaq because this will give people confidence to invest in the coin because of coinbase listing

It should be listed provided that the listing will bring or atract more value, to any coin they list, cos left for me alone I don't mind where and when a coin should be listed, what matters to me is: what lies ahead after the listing must have been completed.
Well, cryptocurrency exchange sites do not just list any coin , they normally study the coin before listing it ,less their users will abuse them for listing shit coins

Yes that's how it should be because you don't list any kind of coin you see in the world of crypto currency. There should be first second and third coin, I mean first class, second class and third class.
I think what makes a coin survive is the ability of the coin to attract investors to itself ,thereby having high market capitalization and trading volume

We are saying the same thing bro, i they that another thing that makes to survive is not even the ability to the coin, I think it's the behavior of the coin owner towards the investors.
Actually the coin owner does not need to relate with investors on personal terms . He only needs to work on the coin every now and then

Coinbase officially started trading on Nasdaq under the short name "COIN". Coinbase gifted 100 shares to each of its employees (1700 people) on this special day.

I saw an information in Binance that they are also going to list coinbase stock , just like they have listed Tesla stock in the site .

The reference price was $250 but the opening price was $381. The closing price after the first day of listing was $328.28. Nasdaq lists mostly technology stocks. Coinbase is first cryto stock on exchange so probably qualifies for being on nasdaq. Other crypto exchanges may list but will probably be restricted to the larger stocks like Binance or Kucoin.

I read some news on some news sites like you said. The same kind of news you say. Maybe some information about this may come up soon.

Coinbase has just confirmed it now . It is in their update headline . I will have to wait for sometime before investing in the stock. I hope this won't affect the main stock itself
