Once you RESET members balance, you don't pay them, they lost time on your site so it's a lost.I am not sure if this is considered scam, as I think they will still pay the members if they reach $2 in future. I re-read the announcement as shown in the link above several times, I hope I didn't interpret the owner's meaning wrongly.
If there are other clixten members, maybe they can share their opinions about this too. :)
I started to earn money online on Clixten, yes Clixten was my first PTC (i think, i don't remember), about 2 YEARS and a half ago and i saw how admin is cheating on RR system and how my balance was not increasing due to low AVG which is making people to lose invested money . I lost money from my pocket on Clixten, Epicclix, and ive learnt a lesson that PTCs (dollar based) are 99% scams . The 1% fair PTCs is Clixsense because it doesn't have RR system and is paying and doesn't zero the balances . So i moved to crypto currency and now i'm earning more money from bitcoin-ptcs and faucets in 6 months that i could earn in 2 years on ptcs.@******* Damn, people are STUPID AS *UCK, why on earth would you stay ACTIVE in a PTC that RESET the balance.
