The number of emails given per day is few. It's hard to accumulate the minimum amount for withdrawal without commissions from your referrals.

At the rate of daily earnings, it will take more than 3 years to reach minimum payout. Evening you have few referrals, it will take a long time before you even know whether they pay or not.
