They paid my bitcoin transaction with a fee of 4 cents. Do you realize that the avg fee currently is around 200 cents? It may be a misunderstanding from my side when reading the 3% fee, I thought that's how much you charge per transaction. (sorry)

HELLO SIR, while transferring BTC via blockcian wallet fees was 0.04$ only, also that transaction will not be canceled we are not new here, to send funds. + 3% charges are for buying Bitcoin from exchangers, as BTC is not allowed in India, we need to buy it from other sources.

That's because the fee they used was low. Go on a blockchain viewer and search the transaction by your wallet id. Most probably the transaction would show as unconfirmed because low fees

That's great. But the bad part is that it's going to stay there for a long time since no one is going to mine it. But thankfully, all unconfirmed transactions return to wallet back if unconfirmed for 3(?) days, atleast in Bitcoin Core. So perhaps, we can only wait
