The one thing that we have been able to see recently is that there are countries that are supporting cryptocurrency and there are others that do not want anything to do with it. The country that falls into the latter of these two is China, as we have seen with their ban on the cryptocurrency coins that took place in order to try and promote their digital yuan. In a recent news article however, it seems that the Chinese president, however, is in support of the technology behind crypto, saying that blockchain can be used in the transport industry. What do you think about this? Could they revise their ban in the future?

Blockchain has been used by different sectors lately and a lot of countries are also adopting it. Maybe china is seeing the need for it despite it's stance on crypto currency ban In the country. It might just be them having a rethink

Many countries and institutions have started by first rejecting cryptocurrencies then accepting them later on. I am sure that the same thing might happen to China too. Let's wait and see.

There is a difference between adopting the technology behind cryptocurrencies and adopting Cryptocurrencies itself. With the way things are, I highly doubt China would change its stance for now unless maybe in a change of government.

They are not in support of cryptocurrency , only in the use of the blockchain technology ,they are making the use of the technology more im the development of project ,I wish they could support cryptocurrency like that

If china had to rethink their ban on these coins then i think that we could be in for a massive rise in the prices of all of these various coins. They have a large potential market.

Your title is misleading. Like we all know, China is already banning crypto, they only approved blockchain for governmental purpose to reduce corruption and increase transparency. I don't see any future where China accept crypto again, since it's uncontrollable.

You are right because blockchain technology is what every country can adopt because it is not cryptocurrency but a ledger for holding cryptocurrencies which has the capacity to do every other other things aside cryptocurrency.

The title that i had placed here refers specifically to the cryptocurrency technology and not to the coins themselves, however i do understand where it could get confusing so thank you for pointing that out to me :)

Maybe just like every other country that placed a ban on cryptocurrency, I think they too have found cryptocurrency investment and trade to be dangerous to them. But I hope they'd change their mindset anyway

The only that that could change things fast is if a new president that likes Bitcoin comes in ,it could switch things up and make the use of cryptocurrency more vast

Same here. I think that they were a bit hasty when it came to their ban of cryptocurrency coins in the country, considering that they no have a fiat currency that is based on the same system.

I don't think that the president would reverse his decision on cryptocurrencies. The blockchain technology could be use in many industries. The blockchain technology could also be used in the electioneering processes.

YeAH You are right I hope they have a rethink very soon. I know they just want their local currency to be more adopted or used but it can used alongside each other

That is true, and there are many industries that are starting to integrate blockchain technology into the business as a safe way to handle their information in the company.

Every organisation desires productivity and efficiency and which blockchain technology has the ability to offer so it is well embraced and I believe in coming years most of activities will be run on blockchain.

That is true, but i think that the selling point that is even more important that productivity is security in this day and age because there is a lot of concern with information leakage globally.

I believe in the blockchain technology is secure enough and transparent because security and transparency is the challenge of many countries today.

Well, let's just hope they make the changes soon. If the crypto business is actually profitable and acceptable by the citizens then the government should act accordingly because they are there to represent our opinions. Atleast that's the definition of democracy
