Recently I joined a reputed CPA network and I see some great offers for these specific countries.

They are not for getting leads using that bullshit traffic, Those PTC traffic is nothing and most of those clickers use bot traffic.
I suggest the OP to buy banner space on good blogs where the clicks happens. Can you tell me what are those offers, do they are free to signup?

I already have a couple dollars within my Fiverr buyer account but I have not used it for weeks now, it is because I want to be savvy with my money...

For Adwords, you can bid as low as $.01 per click and it is very ´real´ traffic. Bing you can bid as low as $.05, but for low demand keywords, you can sometimes get it for $.03.

I think sites like Bidvertisers are just a scam. If you buy traffic from them, then only thing you are going to get is 1 second visitors. Many non-Google sites have absolutely no ability to detect bots and fake traffic.

I wouldn't trust low-quality traffic providers for family friendly websites. As far as I know, you get what you pay for. Of course, there could be some good alternative providers out there, but you might have to risk being burned to find out who they are. As some commentators mentioned, bot traffic is a threat. In addition, another threat involves simply getting people who are not interested in your product, and might not even be interested in being a free visitor.

However, there might be a situation where people aren't selling things but they want others to check out their website. Would cheap traffic alternatives be worth it?

Anyhow, by the way, has anyone found info to verify that certain alternative traffic companies are trustworthy? Obviously, some people use them and they have some reputation. Why would they damage their reputation?

I won't advice buying traffic from any of the traffic exchange sites, this doesn't work well with Adsense if you are looking to monetize your site using Google Adsense. The fact remains if you consistently keep to publish striking and unique contents you'll gradually build large organic traffic and also from the social media.

Note that some websites claim to be Adsense safe. However, you're just taking their word for it. Does anyone know of any websites where traffic sources are researched, sort of like a Consumer Reports for web traffic? A big problem with these cheaper traffic services is that it seems like there are no real testimonials or reviews.

if you wanna quality traffic it's simple, buy it from facebook, twitter, pinterest and other social media. Those are the most safe and quality visitors you can get if you target the right audience, other than that it's just a waste

I tried buying clicks from Facebook, I can tell you this: the niche "paid surveys" in USA for desktop is around $2/click.
Pretty hard to make profit when offer is $3-$4 per lead.

Well written,most of the cheap traffic you're looking for are mere bots that wouldn't add anything to your desire especially in the area of conversion.I usually prefer organic traffic that way you can be sure of conversion or else you might just be wasting your bucks on those traffic exchange sites.
