Being a manager is not that easy in any business. not only you have to deal with the profit and loss that the company for the business is making, but you have to manage the overall administrative part as well as financial part of the business.

A good managerial skill is required for holding such post. A good manager should have the qualities like a proper understanding of the balance sheet, the net profit and loss of the business at current market, the need of human resources etc. That means if you are a manager of any business, you need to be a multi tasker. you should have an eye on everything that is going on in the business. that is why the managerial post is given so much of value and responsibility.
 
You are right. There are many challenges that manager will be facing in terms of managing a business. The good and competent manager must be able to face and conquer it. A lazy person can not be a manager because of tasks that management contains.

Manager should've the quality of effectiveness. An effective decision at correct time will help to grow the business. Where as a lazy person as just you said, will make the outcome worse.
 
I have been manager some 15 years ago. The most common headache are subordinates with a bad attitude towards work. They would come in late or be absent when the project deadline is nearing. Those kind of subordinates are worse compared to a boss with a bad attitude.

Yeah, it's easy to do your own work, but very hard when it comes to make other work. I think may be that the reason the managers are paid higher than the workers. Lol.

Definitely, controlling people can be physically and mentally draining. It takes one with the needed skills to empower people to work effectively without stepping on toes. It can really be frustrating if not handled properly

You are right, it is more reason why they need to work smartly because people have different ways of behavior or attitude to work but when a manager is skillful he or she can manage everyone and motivate them .

I think the greatest challenge is dealing with ineffective employees. We are all humans, and we most times feel the need to treat one another with Respect.

I accept only one point from this your post and that is managing the little available resources,there are alot of challenges been faced by managers some of them is how to speak,organize,operate with the people you are working with communication manar is another good quality a manager should face

Every single issue is brought to your desk even though you have other people to take care of it in your absence,you will surely be notified.
