The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) approved and listed about 40 international money transfer operators (IMTOs) including the their addresses. Some are based in Nigeria while some are abroad. Popular amongst them are :

FLUTTERWAVE
TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS LIMITED - 8 Providence Street, Lekki Phase 1 Lagos.

MONEYGRAM- Africa Re-Insurance Building 1679, Karimu Kotun Victoria Island, Lagos.

INTERSWITCHIMITED - Plot 1648C Oko-Awo Close Victoria Island Lagos.

PAYPAL INC. - 2211 North First Street San Jose, CA95131 United States of America.

WESTERNUNION 7th Floor, Shore 13 1100 Boulevard Al Qods-Quartier Sidi Maarouf 20270 Casablanca Morocco.

I remember very well most of these platform process Crypto currency payment like Luno partner with Flutter. Does it mean CBN is now technically allowing Crypto currencies withdrawal in Nigeria ? Share your views.

Their is no indication about Cryptocurrency payment method. I don't think the CBN have any plans for crypto to naira unban. Are you sure, that paypal payment method is the international one? Or just the Nigerian PayPal payment method that doesn't access withdrawal nor receive payment from international merchants?
It was also a bit confusing to see Paypal on that list, then, I wondered what confusion is going on in the apex bank that warranted such list to be released in the first place.

I doubt it. Even if these platforms process cryptocurrency, they may be using different accounts. But this is really confusing. Hope it makes transacting cryptocurrency easier for us.

I dont think so, flutterwave could be use for other payment solution apart from crypto currency , so they still don't love the use of crypto currency i think

Let us watch as things unfold in the Crypto currency sector because I doubt if this payment platforms are not into Crypto currencies or won't dive to cryptocurrencies as certainly Paypal is into Crypto currencies already

They might be into it , apart from paypal and western union the others might be involving in it secretly. Due to CBN ban on crptocurrency

Money gram was already in talk with Ripple before the
Legal battle of SEC to Ripple otherwise. Money gram may not make it official but they may.

I dont get is it that moneygram relationship with ripple would make CBN support crypto currency because of the fact that they were endorsed

I don't really know what to say because CBN know quit well that some of these company listed here deals in cryptocurrency and if you convert your crypto to dollar through these exchange will bank not accept it.

You can covert it to dollar on the exchange sites only that you cannot be able to withdraw to your bank account ,that is the main issue

No, earlier before the Ban, Money gram was already signing up some partnership agreement before the Nigerla Crypto currencies ban.

There are trusted p2p market places like binance where you can buy or sell crypto currencies despite the ban. I don't think the ban is affecting me in anyway since there's peer to peer market place.

That is where i do my exchange , i cant be using sites anymore since the deposit and withdrawals method have been stopped

That's what came to my mind. In everything transactions or dealings shouldn't be made difficult for users then we wouldn't have any issue with it

It is assumed they don't process Crypto currencies only e-currencies though personally I am finding it difficult to believe that such is possible

It seems PayPal does not tolerate using your MasterCard to make cryptocurrency transactions. This is probably why it was one of the chosen ones.

I can see other exchange platforms like quidax and roqqu also have their peer to peer market place, but that of binance is still the best and trusted.

Both are okay but is seem that of binance is more simple and effective , most especially for those newbie online ,who are into crypto currency
