Cash4Essays is a site that you can sell your old high school or college essays on. This isn't a writing site, it isn't a content mill, and it isn't a content selling site where you need to post your content and hope someone buys this from you. This site strictly buys old high school or college essays that a student has written when in school. They are not interested in you writing an essay for them to buy. The site was designed for students to earn a few extra dollars selling off an essay they had to write for class.

Therefore, this isn't a freelance job for you to do. You must be a student who goes to school and writes an essay for an assignment. The site was designed to help a student sell off old essays they have laying around the house or stored on their computer.

How Does This Work?

• If you are a high school or college student, you can create an account o this site.
• You will have a dashboard for your account.
• On your dashboard you can start to upload all your old essays that you've used in school. Do not just write up a new essay and post it here they are looking for your school assignments and the essays you had to write for a teacher.
• The essays will go into a queue to be held on the site. The site stores all the essays for you so there is no need to worry about this one.
• There are so many people who upload an essay to the site it will take several months or up to 8 months before your essay is seen.
• The site works on a first come, first serve basis. The essays that have been uploaded first are the ones the site will review.
• The site has a budget and how many essays they are allowed to purchase each month.
• There is also a limit of how many essays the site can review each month.
• There are people who uploaded their essays and needed to wait 6 months before the essays were reviewed and approved.

How Are You Paid?

• The site pays you through PayPal. You'll need a PayPal account in order to upload your essays to this site.
• You'll earn $2 for each essay the site purchases from you.

Keep In Mind:

• This will take 6 to 8 months before the site can even review your essay.
• Once approved, the site will send your payment. However, the site has a budget of how much they can spend each month.
• The payment can take up to 60 days before you receive the money in your PayPal account.

If you're a student and have old essays laying around the house or stored on your computer, why not sell them off. This isn't a great deal of money and yes, it does take a lot of time to get your essays reviewed and paid. But in the end you did earn a few dollars for an essay that you'd normally delete or throw away.

I don't see that good patience bearing people these days and the students, majorly.
Still, the description provided speaks much positively... So I think It's worth risking the time.

What about the 6-8 months waiting period? Please tell me it's not the length of time people have to wait to be paid?! Some people may be happy to wait that long but I'd be wary.

Oh, I see. Thanks for your input - it's certainly an eyeopener! I wouldn't be able to refer anyone because not many of my friends are remotely interested in online working. But also, it's too slow an earner for me, so I guess I'll have to keep moving.

Oh, ok.... so sorry to hear that! It's such a shame because most of the sites I use only pay via Paypal because I actually prefer that. I avoid sides that don't offer Paypal so I don't know many that offer other payment processors. If I do come across them, I'll try to remember to post them here for you. I know how hard it must be for you and others who aren't able to use Paypal.

Being from a Tier 3 country myself, all the sites I list here are open worldwide. If there are any restrictions on any given site, my country is usually right up there with the ineligible ones, sadly?? I've even noticed other Tier 3 countries like South Africa, India and Nigeria will sometimes be eligible where Botswana is just never included.

I'm not sure why it's like that for you. Could it be the device you're using - are you on a mobile phone? That could explain it. But I'd urge you to take your time to explore and learn how to navigate your way around the platforms. It's really not hard.

Hi there! To be honest, I don't write for content mills anymore because I can't seem to find any good ones that fit in with what I like. The ones I keep hearing about that you can try are as follows:

- ListVerse
- MediaBistro
- WriterInCharge

That could very well be the case. But yes, I agree, most sites don't encourage the use of mobile phones to earn mainly because you don't always get the full benefits like you would on a laptop or desktop. Plus, can you even access all the features? But I guess not everyone can afford those, that's why they use their mobile phones.

I wonder if this site is available worldwide. It is a great that someone is actually for an old essay from school. However the waiting is too long and by the time, best case scenario, my essay is approves, I've already forgotten about it.

I think the site is open worldwide. There's nothing in the FAQs that says there are any geographical restrictions. When I found out about it, I was quite keen but in the end, I decided not to join because I went to school and uni ages ago and don't have any of my old assignments LOL

I Don't think you should try this one out. There are sellers everywherw but no buyers. You need to wait for a year for your essay to be sold. Rather you should find out other posting sites where you can atlest guarantee your income.

I see the site is good but i think it should be taken for fun and not business because the waiting period for pour work to be active for review and set up for bidding to sell is just too long.
