Now my 5000 points are deducted from my total balance. Can you restore the log so that I could configure my payment id or is there any way you can assist me with this?

I had exactly the same problem But don't worry, they solved the problem just in time This team is very collaborative and responsive to people So they asked me for my account number and the payment was made instant

The earning points not reduced bro, but the Administrator mention to all members in a message that the earning from replies will stop for some times and they have to be active in Reviews sections and create a new threads there, in addition to the reply = 20 point and the new thread = 50 point, that mean you will earn more by create a new content in the forum.
