I don't seem to understand the whole scenario. The hackers bounty program seems dealing with faceless people. Isn't this program a means to encourage hacking ? Or to settle hackers to stay off the Cardano projects. The whole thing is mixed up.

You seem to be saying that The team of the project has announ announced a bounty this one has a smaller bounty because the latest hack ath on had $25k minimum and $300k top prizes they are one of most invested project now so they can pay people big now .

The reward money is not bad considering that they'll lose more if their Network is hacked. Blockchain networks and crypto projects should pay attention to security while developing. A breach can render their years of hardwork in vain. They can hire experts if they can't do it effectively.

I guess that the program creators want to hire ethical hackers in order to find the flaws in the system and I think that this is a pretty normal thing for many companies to do. Ethical hacking involved deliberately hacking the system and allowing the company to find those loopholes and flaws that could allow the firm to fix them.

although there are some sensitive information they can't give the white hacker ,so that it won't be used against them ,I believe also that the white hacker would be properly monitored and others ,so that he or she won't carry out his or roles in a very bad way , properly regulation and others would be emphasized on
