Is your website down? Or is it not loading up just for me? Because it is giving me the error of "The connection timed out"

The website looks nice , clean interface , but I guess it needs more colors , plus I didn't quite figure what is the site is about , I thought it is about tutorials from the "how" part , then when I scrolled further I thought it was about technology , and when I scrolled even further I thought it is a ranking website that post "top 10 XXXXX " !

I really like your website because i open it in my phone and it was completely responsive and you have used such nice hd images with side manu.
