I've heard it said that it's a lot easier to make money with CPA networks because you don't have to sell anything. Just get someone to do something an advertiser wants them to do and you earn some money.

I had a look at a few CPA networks and all of them made it quite clear they had "stringent eligibility requirements for publishers" and made the deduction that unless you had a website then there's no way you could be accepted by any of the CPA networks.

What if you have an email list you built when you still had a website or have some other ways to promote their offers, would CPA networks take that into consideration?

I think some of the CPA program do accept as they ask you the source for the promotion. if PPC and social media is your answer they don't want you to have website. they can take you with the mailing list too. so it depends on the network.

Some of them do not really care if you use a blog,that is rich in contents.However having a website will give you an added advantage.The only clause is that you have a properly designed blog as substitute for website

although you might get accepted into an affiliate network or CPA network without having a website, I think it is best to have even a free blog or landing page hosted on a free domain. this is important because most advertising websites would not accept your direct affiliate link as such if you have a free website or landing page hosted on a free domain, you can easily insert your CPA links and affiliate links into them and instead of promoting the direct affiliate links, you promote the links to your blog posts or landing pages.
this is an important method of making sure you can advertise the CPA or affiliate offers

That is true you might be accepted but the issue is that if you have a website or good landing page that could be of additional advantages,what really matters the most is if you have a good source to advertise the product you are promoting or links, it will help you more better if you want to be well organized.

Most of the Affiliate networks ask for website, but I think if you can provide them analytics of revenue generated from your youtube etc traffic source then they can let applications in.

Nowadays, there are a lot of CPA networks available and some of the best ones does require any experience. You can easily sign up with them and start promoting your affiliate links.
There's no need to apply for such networks and having a website is optional for such networks.

Definitely there are some platforms that accept people that do not have websites. I have an account with CPAGRIP. And I do not have a website.

The success of the cpa is actually about making sure you test - stay on top of what you do, know what works and what does not work. Do not let the fear of you losing your money and being the reason why you stop making money. use the ppc facebook or bing for traffic and create a landing page at fiverr.

Definitely, there is a certain CPA network I signed up on some time ago but they didn't grant me access after verification because I don't have a website. Using YouTube channel will definitely help a great deal and getting you accepted faster. there are some that doesn't even ask for that like cpagrip.

Yes, it's possible to be accepted by a CPA network even if you don't have a website. Many networks allow affiliates to promote offers through social media, email marketing, and other methods. In my experience, cpagrip allows and jvzoo.
