I just open a business offline but I dont know if it is a good option to allow someone from my house hold to manage the business or hire a paid servant to manage the business,consider that the money I use to start the business was collected as loans from micro finance bank so I need to think twice because I will repay the loans soon.

Its obvious I wont allow this to happen in my own opinion there is no way which you will allow someone from your house hold to manage your business and expect success some of your family member will take you for granted and put hand in your business finance which can short the firm accounting financing or money so be careful taking such action

Sometimes it is good you managed it yourself so that you can know the problems facing your business and find solution to them.
You can also hire somedody your trust in case you are busy.

Either way none is trustworthy to fully manage your business. You have to put in some security measures to monitor every transactions maybe a CCTV and you must request for daily report. If you want a family member let him or her realise you don't do family with your business but I will suggest you employ someone that isn't a family, with that you won't involve emotions too much when making decisions regarding your business growth.

depends on how far you trust that person, but always remember that nobody is trustworthy but your parents, i personally trust them only, i learned a lot from people experience that i should trust nobody

Your point is valid , a business started with loan required effective monitoring to enable you pay back and to make profit ,some family members aren't reliable at all.

Yeah it also depends on what kind of people are in the family ofcourse ? speaking from experience. I can only allow some of my siblings and mother to help me since i know they wouldn't cheat on me. But my other family members.. nah.. i know all of them too well.

well people have choice and if you chose to keep your business within your family then that is not bad idea,but for me I beleived that hire someone from outside to look after your business is better than taking advantage of your family member.your family member may take some certain cases for granted why outside will take account of every action

That is very true it is good if you can allow a member of your family to manage and look after your business for you sometime he might consider the business as his own and look after it with care,thou people character are not the same so you need to examine the person character before you seek his attention

Nothing is bad when a family member manage a business on one's behalf , if a competent and reliable family member is readily available it is the best but in a situation where they not trustworthy it become a big problem.

You really made my day bro if you can read my previous post you will fine out that what I posted was similar to this if it is loan that you collected to start the business its better you hire someone that you dont know to manage the business for you so you can deal with any money that is missing there,maybe after you have repay the loan you can then get your family member involved in the business
