Ever thought of an online court that solves online issues whenever it comes to online scams ? that would bring a lot to online money making world as scammers will really decrease as there will be finally someone who will help punishing them and move the case from an online scam to an offline punishement, can we see something like this in the future ?

The challenge is how the court will be able to access full identification details of the various online sites especially the hyip sites that are constantly scamming people with lots of false information in their site.

That won't be easy since each country has wildly different set of rules and law. What if the victim resides in England but the scammer came from Russia?

It a good thought anyways with a lot of challenges to get it done but I believe if such court can be permitted to run with the approval of United Nations general assembly then the court will keep improving.

Yeah its a good one,am not an online guru.A beginner actaully and in My thought it can be very expressive to setup.Issues with jurisdictions will be difficult to setup.

It could have been a great idea to reduce online scam. The challenge however, is how to know the identity of each online no user. Scammers will easily change their online identity.

How do you deal with differences in law and rules each country has then? Not one country has same rules and law, every single one of them are different.

I really hope that there will be such an online court someday. It will be really effective in dealing with scammers. It will even reduce their numbers, which have been on a surge of late.

Well that is just one of the advantage we see, it could also link several people together at once with immense ease. Online courts can be really advantageous

believe me, they will bring back the online money making community its reputation back again, because no one will dare to scam people again

I think it will be very hard to track and trace those scammers ,when their report are been brought to the court because most of them use fake location

i believe when it gets implement, it will be organized by governments and punishements will be applied offline, as you can't jail someone in internet

I believe that if there are hard laws and policies regarding online scams , I think it might scare away and even reduce the rate if scammers online I think

that's why they should exist, atleast there will be a law to regulate the things, so not everyone can buy a script and start scamming people and wasting their money and time and effort

the government as it has offline courts, should specialize online courts as well, they will be handling online reports and cases, each country should atleast have one

I think each country can create their own investigation body, mainly for only online scams and laws should be implemented against those scams it will help

Well, it might be possible to see an online court in the future seeing that the world is moving at a fast digital pace, and anything is possible, if there is an online court in the future to curtail online scams that will be very good.

It will indeed be a good idea , however there may be several challenges tha will bacing this system , such as the difficulty in giving out offline punishment to someone that you may not know his whereabout , who will control the court , processes that will lead to setting up the court. Etc
