I don't know much about Bitcoins, to be frank I don't even have a Bitcoin wallet or how they call it.

Is possible that someone could steal your Bitcoins from your account?

I think yes, If you filled up in a fishing site, saying a lot of things to encourages you to invest or saying that you going to earn a lot of btc,
I think OP is actually talking about bitcoin cash in your account. Something like someone getting access to your account to steal your cash.

I think the responsible for that is your wallet provider, If someone hack your account, You pay them to secure your account. I think you can refund your btc if ever.

I have not heard this before. I doubt if that is possible with bitcoin, if someone hacks and steal your coins, don't expect your wallet providers to pay you back. There are security measures they have already given you to help secure your account, if you fail to do that and your cash is gone, you are rather at the mercy of the thief if at all they decide to send you money back, lol. Impossible though.

Well maybe someone would tell elighten us more, i maybe wrong.

Yeah right, actually when I accidentally open my blockchain wallet and I'm using vpn, they sent an email and said someone trying to open my wallet in this particular location, then, I think blockchain wallet is safe and secured.

I am using blockchain wallet and the security is not bad. With the 2 factor verification via phone, plus other security measures i have taken, i think it would be difficult to get access to my wallet. Even if you get access to it, you still won't be able to transfer my coins.
Yes blockchain is very safe and secure wallet i liked their 2 factor verification feature. But i have seen that people are looking for bitcoin address i guess there is some way to hack wallet through address :/ but i am not sure.

If you are using online wallet it will be easy to hack the site as compare to desktop if your desktop has malware u can loss coins too but i never heard losing of satoshi from hardware wallet so i will recommend to use hardware wallet if your amount is big

Yes ,if a hacker can steal a USD stored in payza or payeer then why not someone can steal your btc or other altcoin in your wallet, its all depend on your wallet and best is to use hardware-paper wallet or software wallet with private key for safety and if you use online wallet like zeppay, unocoin, coinbase there is some chance you may lost all your btc ;thankx !!....

Yes, probably! Anyone can steal your bitcoin away from you or even your wallet is secured! Everything is possible to any notorious hacker online. Why I'm telling you this because I was also a victim of online hacker! My bitcoin on my blockchain account was hacked for unknown reason way back in 2014 I was really disgusted and disappointed when my money was stolen away by some hackers online. Now the price of bitcoin is rising rapidly lots of hackers online is surely inevitable. So always secure your wallet account in storing your bitcoins safetly.

Online-wallets are the worse protected, don't hold big amount there. Offline-wallets are safer ones, especialy with external HDD. Or you can use the most protected hardware wallet, such as Trezor, but it can be also stolen by thieves from your pocket.

No one can steal your bitcoin if you have good protection to the valet, it all depends on what you use the valet and how did you ensure?
I'm using xapo and coinbase otherwise I'm satisfied.
Hello How are you sure the bitcoin Cannot steal by someone? thiers a Lot of Expert computers hackers out thier! that have can easily Access any websites! just by Tricks! government website can easily targeted by hackers ! whats more in private company!

I don't know what to say about it.I have read many things about it,when some exchange sites have been hacked, but the rumors said,it was all prepared by the company himself,to have an excuse to disappear from the market.Who knows, what the truth is?

I think it is really possible, with those hackers using advance software, if they can get your password and your user name on your wallet, they can easily steal your btc .

Yes, it is really possible if there would be a pro hacker out there like the blackhat who wants to get your BTC they can. They will plant a lot of spam mails to your email, get information from you. Everything that they need in order to hack you if you have a lot of BTC then it's possible.

If there will be a btc wallet
that will require two step verification, maybe your btc will be much safer to put it to, those that will require you to verify it through your phone for every transaction that you're gonna make. But for one step verification, there is a bigger chance that it can be hacked.

Its only depend on your wallet like hardware and software are the best and 100% secure no one can steal even service provider and paper cold or hot wallet are even 101% safe !!....
This type of situation only occur when you use or have or store your bitcoin in online wallet like blockchain,Coinbase,Holy Transaction ,etc so its recommended that use 2 factor authentication or buy a safe Hardware cold wallet if you deal with big amounts ;thankx !!...

Jaxx had the security issues. and some people found their wallet stolen. and it's possible. it's just that it is meant for the high level hackers. but don't think that it's completely hard or impossible. of course you can track such hackers. but you don't do antyhing about it. so make sure you are using the hardware wallet on your own desktop. that seems to be the way for handling things. that's how I am seeing it. no other way around.

Only reach people can do something about it, but for low earners of bitcoin, I guess they will not do such actions for it might cost them more that the bitcoin tha was hacked or stole from them.
