I just wanted to know how a website is determined to be a SCAM or LEGIT. Is it from a few members saying it is one or the other, or do you have to show evidence to the claim of validity?

If site have couple payment proofs is marked LEGIT.
If site have 1 pending payment is marked SCAM.
HYIPS are marked NEW and SCAM only.

So if I understand this correctly if a member says that they have a pending payment than the site is marked as a SCAM. But it takes a couple of proofs of payment to be marked as LEGIT. So do sites ever get marked as a SCAM and than later get changed to LEGIT or vise versa?
Also is there a central location for site ratings. I ask these questions because I have been on other sites that list sites as scams or legit only to find out that they profited off of listing a site as legit. And to qualify I have not found that to be the case here. But I have only tried on site so far and that is Bitluck.

Long story short is impossible to know when a company disappears and turns into a scam, what you can be assured is that at very first pending payment reported by one of the forum members that site will be marked SCAM on our forum even if it is one of our advertisers.

Bitluck accepts Paypal, as long as you invest with Paypal you pretty much covered 180 days by Paypal. We believe this is a trusted company but will be it be paying tomorrow? Nobody knows. If you think you invest your hard-earned money and we take responsibility when a company goes scam you mistaken. I hope you got the point.

I have read the disclaimer, and as I stated in my last post I am NOT accusing BMF and I have tried Bitluck and HAVE received payments from them. Also I know that BMF is only responsible for BMF. Just like I am only responsible for Templar701, you nor I can control what another says or does it is upon them. My question was does a thread ever get changed from SCAM to LEGIT or vise versa because of proof or once they are marked they stay that way? And should there not be proof that a site is a scam? Because what would stop the owner of ABC site saying that XYZ site was a scam, or one of their proxies.

So if there was a misunderstanding I apologize, I thought I made it clear that I was not accusing BMF of trying to take advantage of me or hold the website responsible for loses incurred by investing in a site that is placed on here.

There is one thread on here that says a site is a scam because some on did not SEE winnings posted to their balance. And yes the way the site does their dice game is a little miss leading. If you bet a 1000 satoshi your profit at 90% chance to win would be 60 satoshi. But they show it as 1060 satoshi your bet and winnings, so I think they are expecting to see an increase to there balance of 1060 not 60. Or in that same thread another member says that their password was changed on them but the site has a password recovery link. And one problem with the internet is if a URL expires someone can come alone and rent that url not knowing the history of it good or bad.

When I did work, my job entailed investigating crimes that had taken place. And to make an arrest I had to have evidence connecting the suspect to the crime, I could not just go by someones word.

Usually, with high-risk investment sites if there's one pending payment it means site turned scam.

With some gpt sites there where many things that at some point we turned a site SCAM so we forced the owner to pay our forum members if he wants back OFFICIAL status. (ex: url shortener changed payday to monthly and we advertised him as paying weekly or in 2 days)

Here on the forum, we take members by their word and screenshots shared too, our motto is "we help each other to make money online", basically if that member will spread lies he will lose his forum account when the owner of the site come here and shed some light, as well IP banned for life from our community.

Welcome to making money on the internet, full of scams and the BMF community try to mitigate it, that's why we built this forum. We also have hard moderation enabled, we erase literally hundreds of trash posts everyday day and ban about 15-20 accounts per day for spam and members that scam other members.

Everyone must be very careful, I lost myself a good amount of money investing online until I decided to build this very forum.
We now believe to save hundreds of thousands of dollars from genuine people, because we help them avoid investing in scam sites.

Hello!
Excuse me please, why only 1! pending payment makes site marked as scam!? and only 2 ,-as legit?
For example, earlier before Myfreeshares became only advertising site I worked there. in their term is written that payments are processed in two weeks,so I and many users had pending payments...but The Site during all its "life"( since 2005) paid hundreds of thousands dollars...and sometimes persons ,which have no patience, are appearing and start to show that site has pending payments...
And another example, I worked on some sites which pays selectively...and what are such sites legit?

Maybe You add for example doubtful and promising statuses...

I mean in common. And for example budclix.xyz. Admin wrote on forum that he has difficulties but he promised to pay to every users...i think if he was a really scammer he wouldn't write anything.

It's not really 1 pending payment = SCAM. It's if there are pending payments past their due dates, then they're marked scam. If a site promises to pay in 2 weeks and you haven't heard back in a month, post proof (screenshot showing pending with date) and it can be marked doubtful or scam.

Sometimes we have to use our judgement as well. There's no clear formula.
