As stated in the title, may I ask if this forum allows to create new threads about a site(new or paying) to promote my own referral links, even if somebody already posted about it?

No your thread will be deleted and you will lose BMF coins and your thread will be inserted as comment in that already present thread.so you better check the site before posting on here.

To keep the forum clean we don't allow multiple topics for the same program.
You can still post your referral link in that topic but you must attach a recent payment proof you got.

Okay. Thank you very much! I would like a follow-up question, what if I am making a tutorial about that site, say for example the information given on the thread is insufficient, could I post a topic about that in the Guides and Tutorial sections?

NOPE! One thread, all info there. On Tutorials section we don't allow referral links.

That's fine. It's not about the referral. I want to link a video, after explaining it in writing format, as a sort of advertising. I would love to clarify if that's okay given no other violations concerned.
