I heard that PayPal is equipped with ample technologies for detecting VPNs and proxies. However, if I use private Socks4/Socks5 proxies, will they be detected by PayPal? I think that people would often need to use such things for opening PayPal accounts as after researching online, I found there are a lot of restrictions and risks of getting limited if accounts are registered in countries, like the US and India.

Yes , currently I am in such a country where paypal isn't available so , what do I do. I then opened a fake account and I have very low amount in it which I got paid from a company. I had no option rather than taking the address and I didn't use VPN for opening. I just opened with browser. I will not bother if I get banned as the amount is so low that I can't withdraw to any useful currency from there.

Let me tell you there is no where you can operate that account safely,the only option is if you reside in a country where paypal is not supported the only option for you is look for someone that reside in the paypal supported country open an account in his name then do the receiving in his account then he can then fund your local account with your country currency.you need a verify paypal account before you can operate it in a successfully.

Yes they may fine your moment so suspicious and your account might be at risk,dont use vpn to operate paypal because its against their rules,that could somehow lead to loss of that account,I have seen so many people that loss their hard earn money for this but some people will neglect this advice and go ahead to give it a try but at the end of the day return home with regreat

don't waste your time and your money, it's a stupid thing because they will hold your money and after that, they block your account.
if Paypal isn't available in your country then look for another wallet

you are right a friend, if paypal is not available in your country then you can better search for different wallet which can function related to paypal. VPN is met for criminals and i will advise no one should be stupid to run into it and later on run lost.

Oh, why do you need it? This can be very dangerous and unsafe. It's just that I usually use proxy servers for work or to hide my location. And if you want to create an account in Paypal, it is better to do it without a proxy, and even more so without a VPN. I just read about it on this site https://www.proxies.com/about that it is best not to take such risks. And there is a chance that you will simply be blocked from registering because there are bank accounts and so on. But you can try, but I personally wouldn't do that. So good luck! :)

you are right payoneer is one of the biggest competitor of PayPal in such countries but of now it has raised its minimum withdrawal for many countries to 100$ which is not good for freelancers

i do not know about that thing but lot of freelancers were lamenting over this that their money below 100$ now stuck in their account , still payoneer is biggest alternative for users in asian countries and with the features it provides for its users are worth awesome

Yeah payoneer have been helpful too ,because in some countries that paypal dosent accept ,payoneer accepts those countries for payment and others

you are right 90% of payments for freelancers are carried out by payoneer where paypal is not available and local exchange rates with payoneer is better than paypal as well , so its worth recommending along with the euro and other accounts it provides free of cost

I dont know why paypal restrict their service to them ,that is why they make a switch ,i hope they consider crypto currency , its another payment medium

i linked a Mastercard on a PayPal business account successfully but i had made an error somewhere. Now am taking it slowly and am 90% done in making it work as am awaiting a card that PayPal accepts regardless what.

PayPal can allow you to own a business in another country which is the basis of how you are going to open your account. For Africa you can open an account in malawi,lisotho,morrocco or united Arabs emirates. These countries for now will not require any much information for a business that has a headquarters in your country and a branch in that other country and yet the main aim is to have access to a paypal account. Every information must be correct about you including your address. If you can get some documentation about your small online company the better for future use just in case. I will update about this within 60days.

But do you know of any online payment platform that accepts the site for payment of goods and services ,because that should be the most important to consider
