I heard that PayPal is equipped with ample technologies for detecting VPNs and proxies. However, if I use private Socks4/Socks5 proxies, will they be detected by PayPal? I think that people would often need to use such things for opening PayPal accounts as after researching online, I found there are a lot of restrictions and risks of getting limited if accounts are registered in countries, like the US and India.

Alright ? I didn't know it's forbidden to access PayPal with Vpn . I made my account with my legit details and ip but sometimes i open it when im using vpn (free internet purpose) and my account is still fine..

I think its still very much risky to open with a vpn because when they detect that the account is been opened using a VPN , it might be banned

I guess it is, it's been a year my account is still okay but i will stop doing that now. Hopefully it wont get banned ?

Yeah its better to stop or you minimise the rate at which you use VPN for your paypal account so ot wont be banned , then you start regretting i think

I wont even support that I horrible experience with paypal back then because when you are operating on paypal they will demand that you verify your account before you start using it so if you even login from another location they will even suspen or block your account for security reason let alone using vpn to do that its means you are risking that account.

This is really bad i guess if the person encounter such issue , he or she could inbox those PayPal customer care maybe they would respond quickly

That is not the issue you are the one that use your hand to create the paypal account using that vpn,what is the need for you to contact the paypal support again they wont even answer you any positive thing.VPN or proxy is against paypal rules and operational policy

The use of VPN in many site is very dangerous infact some site will delete your account once they detect that you are using vpn some wont even give you the access for that,so if paypal dont support this action why do you want to force yourself to use it they will surely get your account deleted

Well thats true because there are obviously many people who have experience issues of paypal banning them , due to the use of VPN , so its really possible for paypal to ban for using VPN

Paypal hate this things(the use of vpn)its against their policy if am not wrong,if you are operating paypal you need a steady and secure connection,infact I had a freind who uses paypal and he never use vpn or proxy but one day paypal limit his account and ask him to re-submit his credential for fresh verification before he can gain access to his account just for minor connection fluctuation.paypal is very strict so one need to be careful remember you are talking about your hard earn money here.

I assure you that such account is at risk,paypal is very strict when its come to account issue you dont just need to access your account with vpn even with proxy,yes as you said someone can create account with vpn but do you think about the future of that account?such account maybe limit or may be block.

That risk can cause you alot it is not worth taking such risk the reason is that you save your hard earn money there then tell me why would you like to provide fales credential to paypal they may close your account cause of that,an your money maybe frozen so its better you provide your correct information for safety purposes.

You made a point the consequences may shock you sometime that minor risk you take can bring more pains to you,imagine having up to $5k in your account and you woke up the following morning get a notification on your email that your account has been suspended what do you think?I wont recommend that action to anybody except you did not suffer for the money or you just create the account for fun.

Yes there is a high possibility that the account opened with vpn and proxies will get ban on the other hand they might ban the accounts with fake addresses or identity. Thanks for your information.

Paypal will ban an account with fake address whether you like it or not so its important to operate a paypal account with a good and correct address,this will ensure that everything and information provide there are all legit.doing this will ensure that you dont have any issue during verification.

Yes , currently I am in such a country where paypal isn't available so , what do I do. I then opened a fake account and I have very low amount in it which I got paid from a company. I had no option rather than taking the address and I didn't use VPN for opening. I just opened with browser. I will not bother if I get banned as the amount is so low that I can't withdraw to any useful currency from there.

I think this idea is not good try to create your real IP because you will get some problems with that activity

Sometimes they are asking to submit some details to protect your account then you will block

SO try to create using all of your real information
