What Is CashPirate?
CashPirate is an App developed by ayeT-Studios. The App is globally supported and users can earn money by performing simple tasks. It is available as a free download on the Google Play Store for Android users. For iOS devices, you can download and use their partner App GiftPanda.

How Does It Work?
The first step is to download the App which supports the device you will be using. After this, you will be required to register in order to use the program. The process requires an email address and password set up. Upon logging in, you will be taken to the main area where you can view how the system works and the available tasks. Your account will be credited with coins for the tasks you take part in. You will earn for:

Participating in games
Downloading free Apps
Completing surveys
Watching videos
Free product trials
and more...

Is There A Referral Program?
Under CashPirate's referral system, both you and the people you refer will earn. Everyone who uses your invitation code upon signing up will receive 500 bonus coins. You will receive 10% of whatever your referrals earn and also 5% of what their referrals earn.

How Does The Payment System Work?
CashPirate uses a system which credits in coins and 1,000 coins are equal to $1. In order to request Cash-out, your account needs to have at least the minimum balance of $2.50 (2,500 coins). You can request payment via PayPal or choose from a variety of virtual options such as Amazon Gift Codes, Online Visa Cards, Mobile Recharge, or Facebook Money. Whenever you are ready to redeem your coins, just tap the menu icon and select Redeem Coins. Rewards are usually received within minutes of making the request.

There are many similar apps/services out there similar to this. I used to use Whaff about a year or so ago. They too will pay you per install with a variety of applications to choose from. Earlier on they used to have much higher payouts - on average, between 25 - 50 cents per install. So it was rather easy to hit their minimum payout cap of around $10 within a day or two. There were only so many offers available at a given time, so some days you would max out on how much you could earn since there were no more offers available.

However in recent months, they have been getting a lot stingier with how much they will pay you per install, and in addition often require you to keep the app on your phone for a specific amount of time, or play a game to a certain level, to get any earnings. Most of their offers these days only pay around 5 cents per install, and you can get a little more by leaving the app on your phone for a few days. So hitting the $10 mark is much harder and more time consuming. Even more frustrating is that a certain percentage of the offers they have listed never seem to credit back to your account after installing the app. You also have to take into consideration that many of these apps are also collecting and selling your data while they are on your phone, so you may have a lot of unwanted apps running in the background monitoring your activities without your knowledge. This also drains your battery faster too.

Another annoying thing, with Whaff at least, is that they take a commission on your earnings, so when you hit $10 and go to cash out, you only see around $8.50-$9.00 of that once they take their cut.

Yeah, for other beermoney apps in my case, when I see app install offers with that kind of additional requirements, I don't install them. Because more often than not, I won't receive any credits or points even after I strictly followed all the requirements. Good thing that Cash Pirate is an exception, apps on the Pirate Picks offerwall tracks really well and often gave me credits. Well, so far. I have around 1700 points now and most of that came from app offers with 3-day keep requirements.

So they take 10-15% commissions off your earnings? Yeah, that's pretty big.

WHAFF makes you cashout at $10.50, but it's for a $10 cashout. Then Paypal takes fees so you end up with $9 and some cents.
I see, thanks for clearing that up. So it's not 15% commission but only 5%. Still big nonetheless. I guess you can't do anything about Paypal fees. Good thing Cash Pirate doesn't have them.

Yeah, the commission and Paypal fees suck. But one time WHAFF paid me $20 instead of $10 and they didn't ask for it back XD So I was okay with them taking some off of my payment, lol.

Cashpirate didn't pay you out? Hah! You at least made it to the minimum cashout. I couldn't even reach it because completing offers didn't really credit my points, so it was pointless for me.

I have a real hard time dealing with this unstable sites, once I check and there's nothing for a couple days I'm done, of course it's not easy for anyone but I just can't find the motivation to go back forever until there's something to do.

I see that makes sense. Seems that Cash Pirate have really strict rules and controls (I could have tried to use a proxy but I read your post so I didn't risk it)

Yeah me too, I just check if there are offers every now and then, hope I get lucky and snipe offers, because they do not stay long in the offerwall in my experience.
Indeed, never use a proxy on CashPirate, that would be my advice here for everyone, even though I used one. It'll still be very interesting if they pay me after that, however I did not earn any cash with the proxy (even though I have tried to, they seemed to simply not track the install).

Just want to let you guys know:

There was another thread on the Scam Reports sections saying CashPirate is scam, program is not scam so we merged the threads together and everything you wanna talk about CashPirate do it in this thread only.

Got a recent payment? Cool! Post it and attach your referral code too. Your right! Make use of it!

I see that's why. I was actually about to post my reply on that thread a few minutes ago, but I received an error.

Many people claimed that they got paid with cash pirate but they simply never paid me either @Corzhens. I don't know if it is scam or not. I had gotten to the minimum and asked for payout. No reply yet. It's been 2 weeks. :(
Any updates on this? Have they paid you yet? I think Corzhens' case is different than yours. She never really managed to reach minimum payout, because the offers seemed to stop as she reached $2.5. I gave a possible explanation in my previous post as to why that is.

Yeah, that happens sometimes lol. I've had a similar experience, but with a different app - CashPoint. They gave me $5 instead of $1 and also didn't ask for any refund. :D

There's also a $2.50 Paypal option available to me... maybe the payout options are different depending on country?
I don't think country locations matter. I have a $2.5 Paypal option as well. Either Corzhen just missed it the first time she was trying to cash out, or it was cooling down. Happened to me a couple of times, some options just run out sometimes I guess.

Country matters. They have some prizes that are not available to users not located in the U.S.. I only have Paypal available but I know some other countries have Facebook and Amazon too.

I think this may be the case for me. I simply never went back to it after my dismay at not being paid. I did send them a message but I never got a response. I never tried again after so I don't know. I think if I lived in the US maybe I would have received payout.

Corzhens, thanks for your posts mate. It's always good when people have a critical view of these things, I find if something seems to good to be true, it usually is. I'm just hoping that someday people can put people like you and me to work over the internet on a semi-basis for some actual profit. I can't imagine there isn't a way. Oh well, I'll keep looking!

Yeah, I do have amazon and some phone recharge option, however not ever gonna use those. I almost at the withdrawal sum, will post soon an update, I only need some extra 10 cents or so.

Actually it's not good when people have critical views, people tend to get disturbed by every single thing nowadays, I remember back when I started working on some beermoney sites and I read critical view points, I had so mixed up feelings, and I wasn't even sure if it was worth the effort (because some said it was scam, because they did not read the TOS).

Update: Ok so my points are now stuck again, as I seem to not get lucky and snipe offers. I'm about 700 points away to getting my first cash out, let's see how long it'll take me.

I see, I stand corrected.

Sorry to hear about that. You're from the UK right?

I'm actually in Jamaica. It took my a long time to get to the state where I could cash out seeing that I seem to get much less than anyone else due to my location. When I was in Canada, there were so much more!

I was also thinking of that banning. I'm not referring to Cash Pirate but to some other apps that pay. What if they ban you before you can redeem your earnings? They can easily do that. And would you go to court for that $5 earnings? That would be plain silly. I guess there are apps that do that trick of banning a user in the guise of violating the rules but the motive behind is to evade paying. Just my thoughts, no offense meant.

Well, that's actually a risk with absolutely every app of this kind. You can't do much about them not paying you in case they decide to rip you off. I don't really see how it would benefit them in the first place... I once managed to make $50 with an app of this kind and they paid me - no questions asked - Imagine how much potential money for them that is, if they take care of their users properly. Weird entrepreneurs, huh. :)

I'm in Japan and it's the same case for me. But I can manage $2.50USD a month if I check the app everyday. I've been lazy and only check it once a week though so it's been a while since I've made cashout (that's my fault). I only do their "Pirate Offers" and videos because those are the only ones that guarantee credit for me. Overall, I think this is a good app. They pay me almost instantly everytime.
