Reading from the comment if i understand you clearly OP the exchange is giving 11 USDT for signup + KYC completion, but withdrawal fee for the free USDT is 10 USDT. So that means i am basically signing up and giving out all personal/confidencial information about me via KYC for just $1 (11 - 10 USDT)?
