When I was a starter of cryptocurrency, I found that it was impossible to find a way to exchange small sums of money in order to get cryptocurrency. If it was possible, then the price of it was EXTREMELY high. This is why I want to ask all you members if you know any way to exchange small sums of money for cryptocurrency in order to help new investors. Asking others is all a hassle as some of them might be unwilling to sell. If you have any knowledge please reply to this thread!

If anybody is interested, I have a couple of dollars worth of Bitcoin, ETH, Doge, and Dash. PM me and I will tell you if it is available or not. I also might charge a very small fee.

Changer.com offers you the option to purchase cryptocurrency with USD through Payeer and Perfect Money. The minimum payment for certain coins is very low ($1) and it's a handy service that I'll keep using.

Thanks for this knowledge. Even so, when I started, I only had Paypal to invest and I didn't want to invest much. Is there anyway to turn Paypal to Payeer or Perfect?

Try this exchanger if this helps you , it can exchange paypal to payeer , i have not tried it , but this is listed in bestchange.com , you may give it a try.

I think currently there are wallets that can help one achieve these things with easy and is available for exchanging to ones local currency . I use luno for mine

You are right,so far luno is also doing it for me coz the fees are so low to almost not feeling the cost for withdrawing.But alot of people have complained that buying crypto through your account is a problem hence me not ever trying.Also I would not want to register a big account for my online transactions.So I use my indigenous bank which provide an account with an atm card instantly without getting alot of information from you.
The only problem is that the card type has started rejecting even purchasing dollars from payeer and you can't withdraw back into that account the dollars from payeer.So I am now resorting to Fnb or stanchart.
So you can see the hustle hence looking for something online that is easy and instant to use.

Don't you use credit cards ? , I know with master cards and Visa cards , you can buy cryptocurrency easily , and also payeer .

Yes I made mention of an indegineous bank which provides automated teller machine cards aka credit cards.But it rejects such transactions from payeer withdraw and now even deposit.But I have no problem with luno withdraws just withdrawing digital currency from payeer into my bank account.So that is why am going to Fnb or Stanchart bank.But I would love a simpler method online where I could easily do the exchanging of small ammounts.

Yeah its one of the easiest ways for now to be using the Market place for some specified means of exchange like payeer,skrill,advcash and some others.Thanks

You can simply use payeer to buy crypto currency with you USD amount. The minimum limit is 15$ in payeer to exchange between different curencies.

You buy crypto currency in payeer then when it come to Send it away from payeer crypto wallet they change you $10.The fee is to still high though.
