Recently, I picked in buying and selling of domain. I was told to buy domain with dotCom since they are mostly used.A friend also told me that the best time to buy domain is late in the night. I am new in this business and I need more information about buying and selling of domain. Please what your advice?

I will also want to learn. Calling on the experts in this biz to come an help out.
Selling and buying domains online it's called domain flipping. This is for domain investors, you must have a lot of money to purchase domains and sell them for a higher price.

The marketplaces that come in handy for listing domains here are Flippa, Sedo. I also suggest always use Escrow service for selling domains directly to make sure you don't get scammed.

I myself have a couple premium domains for sale, if you interested checkout the marketplace.

Thanks for the info.I also learnt that when you buy some domain and flip it for sale it takes close to three months before you can sell it at better price. I don't how true this is.

It's not always like that, you can buy a domain today and still sell it today. This type of fast flip is rare.

Domaining is like an investment. It requires a lot of patience for maximum results.

I also recommend "namepros.com" for you guys. There are lots of information on domaining there. It's a forum just like BMF. It main focus is on "buying and selling of domains."

From research buying and selling domains entails buying domains with names that would add value to the buyer, compare the price you have in mind to sell with that of your competitors, try to read up or ask questions from sellers that have already in the business to get a head way.

Domains these days are coming in various options. Like international domains, I am trying to find out. Niche domains can be different in many ways. It'd be something one need to understand on the selling of domains. and that's we have to check out as well. that we have to see as well.

theres no actual time actually as long as you have your domain in your mind research the keywords it got and also a .com is for commerce and business, and also take a look at your mobile keyboard, it already has .com on it as key.

it's done this way, that when you're ready to part your business you can sell it to person with deeper pockets than you are and sell it as asset and real estate to them.

im also weblord at namepros

Domain flipping is like any other business that needs some study and research of a keyword so that you know the ones to buy and be able to sell at a higher rate. You can start with the .com extensions since it is what people really go for easily.

You get some extra cash, invest on assets, those cash generating domains buy them cheap and sell them at quite higher prices just to help in the cash flow.

Domain traders typically acquire and sell domain names that are considered to be valuable because they are short, easy to remember, or relevant to a particular topic or industry. There are several ways to buy and sell domain names, including through auction sites, domain marketplaces, and private sales.
