If you happen to encounter those ads that sell active referrals for Neobux, ClixSense, OjooWad, etc. before, that might be what you're looking for. Though, I don't have yet tried their service.

I have something rather different in mind.
Not sure if you know My Adds Up but it requires a minimum $1 investment, you then have to click 20 ads daily to earn your daily cash reward.
Depending on what group you in determines your earnings, the last group is group 13 and you can earn $726 per day, about 50% of that will be profit after some deductions and reinvestment requirements.

So my idea is to pay people $1 to join this program and with that they can already start earning in group 1 ($0.12 a day) but from there they can compound their way up to group 13 or group 7 or group 3, where ever they feel comfortable or they can just withdraw their profits when ready.

In short, you'll use the HYIP model to get active refs. It could be effective but it's illegal. Still, up to you.

What you are suggesting is called a referral deal on some forums .Obviously to pay $1 upfront could be risky but I think you would do well if it is allowed.

This is not a HYIP. This is a referral deal. We are not being asked to invest our own money for a daily % return as in a HYIP.

I don't think there will be any problem if you just share the site url and not a referral link, will be fine if the site is legit.

it's too difficult to buy active referrals after they received their payment is too hard to monitor if they still are active, i like what freebitco.in is doing they used to share 100% share with your referrals and the software itself will know based on number of logins and number of claims that member has to be in order to determine their activity.

Well, this for me is a very interesting topic. In fact it has always been difficult for me to find referrals, for each earning-site!
However I would also be willing to pay a reasonable sum and take some referrals for rent (always assuming that this is something possible).

Some year ago, PTC site was good means of online earning, and these were useful for new online worker. I too join these sites and also took referral of rent. All site at where I took referral on rent I suffered loss. Before some month one person join Timebuck on my referral link, but after few days he stopped working at site. So We can get referrals with paying some amount or we can take on rent, but we can't force them to be active. If admin of any site provide us referral after charging we have some chance of earning from them, but no guarantee that these referral will be active in future.
