Hello guys

so I saw a lot of people like buying products from Aliexpress and Alibaba stores then when the products arrive they resell them in real life and in their countries for a profit
I don't really know but it's seems like loosing so much time no ?

if someone did it or tried it before please share with us your experiece ?
is it worth to trying ?
despite the fact that prdoucts sometimes take 30 days to arrive and they don't even arrive

Buying from China and reselling in your country is a very profitable business. AliExpress or Alibaba have different means of product shipping. Free/cheap shipping takes a while though. By the way there are other sites you can buy from and get it shipped to your choice of country using cheap logistic services that takes 7-14days to deliver.

There are other sites but don't really like 1688.com and also Ship down to your country, I also want to buy something from China but my challenge is how to pay safely cos of the sellers on Alibaba can be dubious. Any good method of payment that you know?.

I know that if you sell products in western countries you can earn a good amount however due to virus I think no one likes to purchase Chinese products as due to unsafe in nature.

Covid spreads through droplets and in the worst case that the stuff being imported somehow contacted with a contaminated droplets, it can only live up to 72 hours. So by the time the stuff arrive, it will be free of covid droplets unless your delivery guy contaminate it.

Didn't mean to attack your comment, it's just that there are too many people being misinformed about covid-19.

On the topic, I tried reselling stuff from China. I made okay money, but if you imported in large quantities you need to have at least 10% buffer that the stuff will not come in good condition and therefore affecting your COGS.

Not only china but there are other countries too from where we can import things like for example dry fruit which is available at a lesser price in other countries, we can import that and sell in India at the usual price and earn profit and it's not very hard since the dry fruits are most of the times in demand.

Our country has good trade with India like importing farming chemicals, onions etc and exporting jute, ready-made clothes, medicine, finished goods etc. Although our country mostly depends on china products vehicles from Japan and China as our roads are not good we are not importing vehicles from India.

The product depends on your target market and if you are just simply reselling them, or are buying a material and create another product out of it. Since I was buying in quite large quantities of course I got taxed.

Most products in western countries are of higher quality as compared to Chinese products, drop shipping to such countries might be targeted on low income citizens for money to be made. It pay more to African countries.

Not true. There are many westerners doing dropshipping before corona, after corona their business get wrecked because of closed seaport and airport.

The airlines in my country are beginning their operations fully by the 21st of June so hopefully the shipping cost will be reduced, if other countries also open up , dropshipper can resume their businesses to recover losses.

If the goods are much , most you get discount from shipping charges and it usually cheaper for sea freight though takes longer time . It is very profitable.

This pandemic has made lot of them to financially insecure because they make their money from imported goods . Even the port men are jobless.

Yeah so much people closed their stores and the one who had the power to survive just went to the internet and restart their business there because it's safe for them

The use of internet has saved them to an extent because they could make sales of the available goods online easily though the port workers are not finding it easy.

People here use AliExpress and Alibaba to get stock to resell and they really make good money. But it can be hit and miss, so you have to tread very carefully. Do your research and read A LOT of reviews to ensure you have an idea of who you're dealing with.
