No doubt the aim of every business is to get profit but sometime this is not easy to axhieve. Do you make profit the first you started your business?. What profit progestion or percentage do you think will make you to continue the business you venture into?

Do you make profit the first you started your business?
It really depends on the type of online business you launch, a shopping site should get profit from the first day, since you earn commission and you act as a middleman most of the time, that's in case you don't start your own company that does everything from scratch, there you should see profit in 1-2 years.

I think making profit in business depend totally on the kind of business, if one has in stock daily products that people need everyday then one can make profit immediately from the sales but with other high duty products one needs a lot of effort to get people to start patronizing.

Of course we all started business for earn, for me i didnt win anything at first but even that wil give u experience to earn more later on

You can't expect from every business to earn profit from first day. I would continue business if I earn 5$ per day with small effort after some time.

It completely depends on the business model or rather earning model you've chosen for yourself. A good idea is not to expect having a booming sale in the initial days. But if you really know what you're doing, you can make your first sale very soon. I run a dropshipping store and got my first sale in the first week (the traffic was directed from a FB ad) and conversion was good as well.

That being said, it depends upon you and your experience. There is no one-size-fits-all answer to this question.

It's hard to be in profit from day 1. So you have to start with what you have and build from there. It takes time but you can slowly extend yourself. And make sure to get there slowly. That may not be always easy though.

It really depend on what type of business you are in, if it is in demand, i think there is a little advantage in time to get your profit. I am into reloading business and I was able to make profit from the first day because most of the people living here in our place are in the need of e-load everyday.

It is goad to make some financial plans,so your business will have a clear goal to achieve in a certain period of time. You can make 1 year or more years plans. It is good the have the budget to cover 1 year of financials of your business and then to decide to grow more the business or turn another direction.

Every business is mainly established for business but if we need to start seeing in business we need to give it time people fail in business because they focus so much on making quick cash from day 1 and when it not forth coming it seem they had failed,it will pertinent to note that first year of a business is always and as such much profit shouldn't be expected but experience and knowledge should be gathered to propel the business to greater height.

If you are into business with big capital, it will take months before you can recover and tell that you are already having profit from your business, so those little business gets profit easily than those big business with a lot of factor to consider.

Before deciding to start a bigger or small business you have to take in consideration the budget, the location, etc. You can even hire an expert,so he can make an opinion about your business and can he give you advice, which type of business is right for you.

Are you talking about online or offline business? Well, in any business, whether online or offline, you have to decide within what time frame can you reach Break even point - that is the time when you recover all your invested amount, so whatever you earn after that is all your profit to keep.

It really depends on the type of online business you launch. Before deciding to start a bigger or small business you have to take in consideration the budget, the location, your target market and available resources

Everyone starts a business in a bid to make profits. That can be obtained when you have a target and a solid plan on how to achieve it. Then you work smart towards the profits you have set for yourself.

If you are able to start business on a good note you will be able to project your revenue generation from the Initial sales and the market situation will also help.

Although profit is the aim of starting a business, but making a profit at the initial stage making a profit should not be the priority. Let the business stand first then profit comes later.

Yes, we are making business to earn money. But as for me if I don't earn money as my first start, that can not discouraged me it will just make ajust my mistake and give me more experience on it

Very good question to be honest a local business in food sector takes about 6 months to break even in others like education it can go 1+ year but depends on situation yet profitable
