Glad they were caught, the existence of scam activities is becoming too much , I really do hope countries could start Makin strict laws against them ,so that the fear to carry out the scam activities would be there

The major cause of this is the fact that people wants to make money and thry don't want to do anything otherwise most of these guys scamming people won't be able to make it easily, I don't think reasonable to commit significant amount of money to a coin that is still in the ICO stage.

Scams like these would easily continue to thrive in the crypto world if governments don't legislate for it to be legalized. With legalization, scam activities like this would be publicized mainstream for it to be nipped in the bud than people doing it codedly under cover.
