As per Coindesk, senator Soraya Thronicke from Brazil's Social Liberal Party has proposed a series of crypto regulation laws for Brazil. Currently, the country barely has any regulation for crypto at all. If passed, these outlines will become the foundation upon which the Brazilian's crypto regulation will be based. This will also makes it harder for scammers, fraudsters, and criminals to move crypto funds in the country.

I think this law should be accepted and implemented and some other countries should also do the same ,since many has been scammed with the use of crypto and exchange sites

I hope the bill is looked into and possibly passed as soon as possible but I wish to know if Crypto currencies are already legalized in Brazil?

Nope, like my post said - currently, there's no crypto regulation in Brazil yet. And this proposal may need a few more months or even year before coming into effect.

Crypto currency has come to stay, countries with better forecast are already putting in place enabling environment for the currencies to strive. It a good move by the legislator , I hope it pass the needed number of reading and ascent to .

It will definitely need longer time for the government to consider both the advantage and disadvantage in the country. Let hope the outcome to be positive.

Well, if there will be regulations that will hinder from scammers to have a field dsy scamming then it is a good one. These thieves of humans must be stopped from taking people high earned money

You know what... I think the only way Cryptocurrency will be accepted by every country is for them to be able to regulate it how they want.

The challenges that most countries are not even willing to considered cryptocurrencies so that they can study it then possibly see ways to regulate it.

Time has gone when I see regulation of cryptocurrency as entirely bad. The regulation is actually good and will help to prevent fraudulent activities

If most countries has opted for regulation instead of outright ban of cryptocurrency there is every possibility that by now most country would have adopted it and the coins won't be highly volatile.
