Finally, i risk myself to upgrade to Basic plan with 0.002btc. Now I just made the withdraw of 0.00212 btc including the bonus from upgrade. The request is at "Pending" now. See my luck

Yes, I think they are randomly giving payouts. Also the payout might be from the blockchain transaction.

unfortunately no, because if you want to withdraw then you have to deposit first :)

I have seen in the payment list that someone has a free plan has got hs withdrawal this means deposit is not necessary

No but i take a risk cause there its gift and try that and i get withdawal right away. You can wihdraw whitout debosit.

With promotion i meant when you go for an upgrade with different upgrade packages they were giving certain BTC. For example with the Basic package of 0.02 BTC, they were proving a cash back of 0.01 BTC. This is not available anymore.
