Boost Media Review.jpg

Boost Media or BoostCTR, is a trustable site where you get paid for creating short ads, the kind of ads that shows up on google. These ads are usually 40 words long and I could find many good reviews about this site. To join the workforce you need to complete a 15-20 minutes exam and then they will email you when there's some work available for you.

I myself have applied to this site but apparently (as I've read everywhere) this site is legit but don't hire all the time, although you might wanna wait until Christmas season and start making some serious money. A lot of people say its easy to make around 400$ a week on christmass season. So make sure to join and be patient, its a good site to take into consideration for future earnings.

Read full review about this company here: https://www.beermoneyforum.com/blog/boost-media-review-scam-or-legit/

I have found reviews for Boost Media on one site. It's actually a mix of positive and negative reviews. It also seems like you can work for a full-time position in the company. And from what I've read, it seems like it is only for US residents.

The positive reviews range from a good variety of work, to a great opportunity to work with smart people and the flexibility of the work. However, the negative reviews indicate that the company is falling apart. I don't know which is the truth though since I cannot really verify the validity of these reviews.

And no one seems to be sharing the payout threshold as well. Maybe they signed up a non-disclosure contract? What do you think? I cannot seem to find people who claim that they worked for the company part-time. Reviewers mostly say that they worked there full-time.

I'm not a US resident, all I look for are international gigs and this showed up in many threads. The fact that there's not much information about this, doesn't surprise me at all, most people looking to make money online won't signup and wait a whole year to start working.

There's no much information on th e FAQ e ither but it seems to have changed from being a crowdsourcing gig(when it was called BoostCTR) To a more serious job (Now Boost media).

This is the kind of job where you have to compete for the money. One of the ways of earning money is getting into a contest that pays you 10 to 20$ for ads, if you win the best add once the company approve them. Take into consideration that these are 30-40 ads and reviews says you take around 7mins to create an ad. That's a lot of money. Wouldn't be the smartest thing to spread the voice and gain more competition, since there's no referral reward or anything.

I used to do that, but most of my ads weren't accepted. There seems like there are so many arbitrary rules around the ads you can post, it just wasn't a big money maker for me. I could not modify them enough so they were accepted. If you are good at that sort of thing and you can post great ads, I say go for it.

How does one go about learning to write great ads that will get accepted?

This sounds like it could be fun and easy for some people, but a nightmare for others who don't have that certain way with words. I'd be curious also if there is a requirement that you get all the work done when they have it for you. If this is really inconsistent, it might be hard to have enough time available if all of a sudden there is a lot of work.

Unfortunately the FAQ on this site is not working. This seems to be a fun way to make more money. I would love to have more information before joining. I hope that we get to see a proof of payment soon

Hi there,

I've been writing ads for BoostMedia since September last year.

I have applied for the first exam in February I think, but only got approved in early September

That happens because they only approve new writers when they have enough demand, as they already have a lot of writers.

There was plenty of work available as soon as I got approved, but the volume of ads available has been decreasing lately.. It depends on the season.

The kind of ads you have to write are google text ads, those small 80 - 120 characters long ads that appear on google results sometimes when you search for sites that are advertising. It depends on orders that customers place, but generally they are google expanded text ads, sitelinks or callouts. They have a wiki where you can learn how to right all of that.

I think the hardest part is that you have to be creative sometimes.. Most times you only need to write about obvious offers, services or features that are available on advertises website. But when you need to be creative, it can be pretty hard to get an ad accepted.

They pay $1 for most types of ads, and depending on the order advertiser placed, you can write acceptable ads under 5 minutes. But that doesn't happen too often.

I have made almost $500 so far, as you can see in the print below showing my dashboard:

And here is payment proof from paypal:

If you're interested in applying, I suggest you do so as soon as you can.. because they might take a long time to approve your application.

Hope this information can be of use!

Does the site require any specific qualification for becoming eligible to work on the site? Or only some basic computer knowledge is sufficient to get started?

It requires intermediate english language understanding(a bit of basic grammar), and it also requires some basic marketing & google ads knowledge.

But the tests have no time limit, so you may research freely to answer the questions correctly..

It's not passive.. you only earn for each ad you write. It's like freelancing.

How much you earn depends on how much ads are available. It also depends on your efforts to read the tutorials and follow their guidelines.

You're welcome!

Well, it doesn't have any country restrictions, it's a world-wide opportunity, doesn't matter in wich country you live.

Ad or copywriters is a good paying opportunity online these days. Companies are always looking for a new brand idea, catch slogans, or short ads that they can use to attract new customers. If you're whitey, creative, and love to write short ads, then this is the place. However, at times this can be very challenging to create a short ad that is only 80 to 100 characters long. I like this site, the work, and the challenge. You don't need to be from the US to join this site. However, you need to have a good comprehension of the English language and a good idea about the product you're writing the ad copy for. This helps to get your ads approved and be paid for your work.

I don't have good opinions on the site that takes a long time for approval. Well, I am ok with doing test jobs or attending tests as an account creation criteria, however, if I have to wait a long time, I am not fond of such programs even they are paying. I like the site that is instant. For instance account creating instant, test results instant, and even the payment instant.

Of course.. everybody likes that

Not easy to find though.

Any decent site that is paying good money will always take a long time to vet their applications and **** out the bad ones from the good one. I think if you are not happy with these types of procedures then you'll always be working on sites that don't pay well and that takes forever for you to earn on. It looks like it is best that you stick with GPT and PTC sites if you have an issue with how long a site takes to verify and accept your application.

Thank you so much for this! I'll keep this in mind so that I could have a job when it is Christmas season! :)
