This is legit and my average is 44 satoshi every 15 minutes but I'm getting less than 44 satoshi and I linked it with Coinpot wallet, I'm not a big fan of faucet sites because they all are slow earning sites (you could spend 12 hours working on them and then you find total what you collected is $0.5 and maybe less)

No ,it is just a very little chance to win 5000 satoshis, or almost impossible.
