Where do you hit that issue? My surfer is running fine. Maybe you should try reload the page. Mine sometimes stops, and I get to the main login page on refresh - but never seen a 403 so far at any of their site's pages.

Update: payment rate is decreased to 1 satoshi/minute. The site's notice says it will be so until Feb 1, when micropayment will be introduced. So the above calculations about possible earnings should be halved for now.

This is not a good sign . decreasing the payment rate is not a good sign as the site is new and this will bring suspicion. Secondly earning here will consume a lot of data as the ads are much and you need to keep the site on for a long time in other to earn .

The lower satoshi/min is an old post, at Jan 28 the 2 satoshi/min has been restored, and a notice appeared at the news section that from February it will be increased to 3 satoshi/min. And I can confirm that my balance increase with 2 satoshi with every completed minute since that post. They are new, sure, so some imbalance is something I do not alert about at this stage.

Now that's strange. Try contacting their support, they where responsive to any of my questions so far. I got answer to my mails within a day or so in all cases.

I'm not sure about this. I'm in Thailand and it doesn't work. Japan, Korea, Singapore don't work too. I'm not sure about Europe. But USA is 100% works.

I missed that news update entirely. I can confirm that Europe works, even lower tier countries. The 3 satoshi/min and the microwallet payment that where mentioned did not arrive to the start of February, but I guess I'll give them more credit and wait and surf a while longer. Especially since I got lucky with my location not on the banned list
