❕NEWS Bitcoin's Liquidity Drops to 10-Month Low Despite Double-Digit Rally

Bitcoin's rally this year has astounded investors, but liquidity in crypto markets has fallen to 10-month lows. The drop in liquidity is happening due to firms losing access to dollar-payment systems, which has affected liquidity on US exchanges and USD pairs in particular. The ebb in liquidity has occurred as Silvergate Capital Corp. and Signature Bank have folded in recent weeks. Bitcoin has surged roughly 70% this year, while other coins have also gained. The crypto market may also be prone to greater volatility as ownership of coins tends to be uber-centered among a relatively small number of investors.

Yes, it is true that it is a problem that entry/exit methods are being closed between the fiat world and the crypto world, in addition, many will be the banks or entities that will now think twice about entering the ecosystem to offer services of this type after the fall of related banks such as silvergate that provided fiat-crypto services to exchanges.

This fall in liquidity in the crypto market is engineered by inflation, the raising of interest rates by central banks around the world and the big bank insolvency crisis. This has caused many investors to stay away from the markets until things ease

People are cashing in more money because the authorities are printing more surviving is difficult and each new coming month your needs increase in value but your earnings remain limited so that is why people drop assets to fulfill needs .

And I really don't think they're going to relax anytime soon, do you think the worst macroeconomic has been seen? when there are so many chances of recession? That is, if investors re-enter the equity market with liquidity, I think it is so that they get trapped, on the other hand fixed income becomes more and more attractive, and we all know that happens when there is uncertainty, possible recession and attractive fixed income, that investors flee there.

Most of the people are needing money for the needs due to inflation so that they are cashing out and therefore we have to make sure that we always have a fixed budget set aside so if we are holding crypto we can hold it longer indeed .

Indeed I really think those who are entering the equity markets now because of the crypto and stock markets short bull run are in for a trap,a buy trap before a big dump to capitalise on early and impatient crypto buyers(unless you are a whale or have a better amount invested to prevent a margin call in the next dump) This is a global recession we are in,and governments do not want to admit it but its true and during a recession its not a good time to invest if you are retail or dumb money because you can get easily wiped out

The worst point of this recession is yet to come indeed it has not yet been seen

Exactly most people are seeing it as a dump point people who were lucky to make some profits should be careful now as the market is heading downwards in my opinion too and anything can happen so be wise and careful jndeed .

You have a very good point and I forgot to mention, the margin call that can cause a severe fall and that can lead to a cascade of liquidations, which would be a snowball difficult to stop until almost all the leverages have not been liquidated, that looking on the other hand the market is excessively leveraged, and we already know that all leverage ends up deleveraging sooner or later.
