I have $5.5 worth of bitcoin in my wallet, I can't send any amount of bitcoin because the regular transaction fee is really high , will there be any problems if I customized this transaction fee?

Yes,the transaction fees are high.As I have read if you send the amount of Bitcoin in the same network to someone, who has his wallet in the same network, there will be no transactions fee at all.You can speak to the person to whom you want to send the Bitcoins,to make a wallet in the same network, where is your wallet too.

wow the tx fees are really high right now, as i can see Time is on 1200 minutes on the longest line row . Well the minutes might not be in real for your tx but use this number as indicator for how much the network is loaded.
you need to wait and check this link and when you see 35-400 then it is decent to send for fees and if you see 35-90 that is best to send for almost free. You need patience to check this link often and don't send bitcoins right now.

Bitcoin was created to decrease the the transaction fees which is very high in ewallet such as paypal and payza to transfer funds from one place to another .
But as we all know that these days some wallet are also carging very high fees ,like Coinbase and blockchain.info never use, it is best but charge high fees i always use unocoin and xapo ......thanx

Yes,i remember when the price of the Bitcoin was not so high, around $400-$500,and the transaction fees were very small.Even sending from one network to another the fees were acceptable.Once that the Bitcoin has arrived to a higher value, the networks,I think first was the Xapo, and I transferred all my satoshis to Coinbase from Xapo.Because fortunately there was sent a notification to every account holder of Xapo, that the fees will be highere within a certain period of time(about a month). So,I was able to transfer the satoshis with very small fees.

Today I paid over $1 to exchange :BTC: for PayPal. But sometimes when network is not busy fees are between $.05 - $0.10
I have $3 in my paypal and i want the BTC
tell me from which exchange i can change my paypal to btc with minimum fees or no fees

The minimum to exchange is usually a lot bigger. Also your profits are small even Bicoin double it's value price, you make like $6.

I think it takes like 5-6$ per transaction.. sending someone bitcoins. Its a lot yea if you wanna send a small amount :/ Thats how I reacted too but the fee stays the same if you want to send even 1000$ which is really good.So working with small amounts isn't gonna help at all.. so its worse.

There are period when the transaction of bitcoin exchange used to be very fast especially late in the night and very early in the morning, I have received $5 bitcoin for $5.25 to blochain wallet but it is cheaper if it is the same kind of wallet.

Interesting information.I didn't have a clue, that the transactions of Bitcoin are different, that it depends from the period of the day when you ask for it and that is faster, when you ask for it in a certain period of the day.The fee 0.25 from $5 is not that high, there were times, when they asked even more.

This is really annoying. Bitcoin wallets are costing us too much per transaction i think they should cost us only about 1-5% of our transactions.
I think Coinpayment cost 0.5% fee only but i am not sure and never tried it.

you mean for big money the charge is less and for small amount we may have to pay more? am I right?
Exactly. On coinbase at least .. if you try to send money its gonna take you at least 5$ no matter what the amount is . I don't like how it works but it is what it is. I heard that we can somehow make the fee smaller but I have no idea how.. If anyone knows this and wants to tell us that would be super good.

I don't know about coinbase if changing fees feature is available, but i'm sure on the blockchain.info wallet you can modify the transaction fee .

Hey thank you for this. I was looking for something similar. Too bad you can't do this on Coinbase .. ? At least I think you can't.My main wallet has always been blockchain but I never knew that you can modify the fees there. Thanks again.
