Many of their citizen are definitely withdrawing their investment because of the ban imposed by the China government ,so the rate might continue to drop as the government continue to take strict measures on the ban

Indeed. But with the fact that now El Salvador is the first country in the world to have legalized Bitcoin as a currency alongside its dollar, could this in some sense be an "almost" compensation?

This is to be expected especially for those exchanges domiciled in China. The effect of this on the global markets is quite apparent but I am certain about overcoming that soon enough.
