Mark Cuban the Crypto currency enthusiast and Peter Schiff who has made fortunes and fame from Gold investment were recently engaged in a Twitter challenge where Cuban said bitcoin is a technology that will keep improving on daily basis while gold won't improve despite that both of them are hyiped. Gradually Gold is loosing is store of value from my observations. Share your thoughts.

Gold is not decentralised, but bitcoin is decentralised. Few countries control the sale of Gold, that is why the prise of Gold does not rise as much as bitcoin prise.

Yeah, checking recent adoption of crypto currencies l also think gold is loosing its property as a medium of store of value. I'm thinking very soon gold might lose its investors because they are all entering into crypto gradually.

You may be right though not all Investors will be lost but larger part it will just be used for industrial purpose people may not be holding it for long as before.

Yes, gold can't actually lose all investors like you said, but many of them will be using for industrial purposes but switching to Bitcoin and other crypto currencies for their long term investment.

If crypto currencies were common in the coin and paper form just like fiat, l'm pretty sure most people would have switched from gold investment to bitcoin completely.

Concerning a statement that bitcoin is technology, gold is dead. Well, I wouldn't say that gold is actually dead because gold will always have investors, but people seems to be shifting their attention and money on cryptocurrencies because it is quite profitable than gold, but let's remember that gold is a natural resources while cryptocurrency is technology which has tendency to fail
You are right, personally if am in this situation I won't abandon my gold investment but I will Invest.also in Crypto currencies such that I will be safe whenever the pendulum swings to.

I think it was before people were considering gold but now things have changed and bitcoin popularity have increased to a higher amount i think

I think he is commenting based on his views about gold and bitcoin. But the fact is that bitcoin indeed is improving. Few days ago ,it reached a new all time market cap high

Bitcoin is like gold only Better, yeah bitcoin is much more valuable than gold now, but I don't think that will make gold any valueless, gold is still good and will still be worth a ton.
Sure . No one think too less of gold. The only issue with gold investment is that it is costly and lacks high volatility as it is with bitcoin .

I do not have gold investment, but I actually wish there was some amount. For some reason, it is more appealing to me that the higher the risk of coin investments, the higher the earning rates.

Well , the security with gold investment is what stands it out among other types of investment. Coin investment is something risky but more profitable

It is safe because it is not as volatile as cryptocurrencies so personally if I have enough money I also invested in it too. Good number of people still value it

For many people, when it comes to investment, assets such as gold, which are generally considered safe, come to mind. I think a segment that calls themselves solid investors will definitely be able to choose to invest in gold.

Sure they will because they desire the safety of their Investment and traceable unlike bitcoin that has limitations but this century investors will prefer bitcoin because we are in a digital age.

Hmm let's say if anything happens with the global economy. Gold will probably still be more significant to own than Bitcoin since it's a physical thing which everyone sees the value of

I think people prefer bitcoin and Cryptocurrency now because let's all be honest.. not everyone of us can invest to gold. Most of us well can but not much and people are making lots of money out of Cryptocurrency that's what they are after.. if Bitcoin somehow becomes completely Stable I don't think the support will remain the same as today

Bitcoin can't be stable any day any time , I also agree that Crypto currencies is much easier to trade because it is affordable unlike gold.
