Bitcoin transactions fee has been on the high side since the 14th of June when transactions fee per network transactions moved from $0.55 per network to $3.8 per network in July 26, many see the surge in the price of bitcoin with about 11% as the major cause of this.

Yeah with the increase in Bitcoin price , the transaction fees also will increase. I am eager to know what would be the fees if BTC touches $100k

Well, it's still cheap compared to other payment processors. Take a look into this site (don't know if it's allowed to post here)...

You compare the best prices to exchange money. You choose a wallet where you want to keep your money, let's say PerfectMoney which has a good return on interest then exchange some of your funds to there. (This is only an example).

probably the main cause of these surge is from the new investors and users of bitcoin, as I think there had been a surge of new users in bitcoin and not much in the mining side

It is very possible that even you want to transact $100 worth of bitcoin the transaction fee may not be more than $1.5 or $3 at worst which is still better in this period of network congestions.

though some wallets do offer bigger fees for faster transactions, while some wallets only have the staple which you cannot edit or control

Touches. lol. I also anticipate that. The transaction fee would be insanely high. Then I think people will prefer trading ethereum
This may just remain as a dream lol. Ethereum fees is not low as well , but still than compared to bitcoin. Also we cant set ethereum fees in trust wallet.

This is very high transaction fee , considering someone withdrawing 5$ bitcoin , he will end up receiving 1$+ . that's too high .

I don't know,it is really disadvantaging those people making less than $50 withdrawals.

In one thread bitcoin transaction fee is shockingly low, in this thread the reverse is true, now my question - which one is the correct one?

I do don't know of today but I requested for payout the other day the admin said the transaction fee was $2 for $20 so you can imagine.

I created the thread cos I wanted the know the opinion of people on which wallet they think is the best depending on the transaction fee. I got $4 out of a $6 bitcoin.

Most wallets are only taking small fee for bitcoin transaction, so it's not that much affecting the base transaction price, which is kinda high regardless of which wallet you use, at least for now.

This is damn high for a fee, I guess you made this $4 out of $6 transaction recently that the price of bitcoin was on the rise right?

Yeah if he is using coinbase to send , he can exchange Bitcoin to altcoins inside coinbase and then send altcoin instead to avoid the huge Bitcoin fees.
Yeah why did I not think of that?now that you have mention i have to check out how the prices will fair.for now it's to exchange to altcoibs.Though am not an expert I bet the difference in gain or loss Mar gain would not be that high when swapping.

Considering the current transactions fee of bitcoin one just have to try alternatives like other coins with less charges then you transact and then swap to bitcoin once received, swapping charges may not be that night.

Unless you put it in that direction maybe, because if it is the other way around where you swap within your wallet from altcoins to bitcoin.THE LIVE UPDATE IS THAT FOR SMALL AMMOUNTS CURRENTLY IT's NOT VIABLE.All the profit going to the fees.Atleast when you make a $10 plus profit not a $5 going down. It's not viable.

generally with swapping the wallet or the srevice from that company you are using is usually just taking a small percentage from the swap, though the percentage depends from service to service
