This past week, we saw a strong decline in bitcoin price below $11,000 and $10,500. BTC even dived below USD 10,000 briefly. It is currently consolidating losses and facing many major hurdles on the upside near $10,350, $10,450, and $10,500.
Similarly, most major altcoins are trading below key supports, including ethereum, XRP, litecoin, bitcoin cash, EOS, ADA, TRX, and XLM.
I think the best time to buy is getting closer as it will surely rice up again.

yeah. as most of these altcoins are being traded directly to bitcoin by most users, these altcoins are quite directly dependent on bitcoin's price

I remember that at the beginning of 2017, when Bitcoin fell in price, altcoins rose in price, after that great run when the queen currency reached 20K, it is the opposite, Bitcoin rises in price, altcoins also rise in price.

people shouldn't panic, since the fate is remaining unknown, just wait for couple of days or even weeks, if the price keeps dropping, then it's not recommended to keep holding (unless you are able to afford the loss)

Such news makes one wonder why people panic now when bitcoin falls so fast in a short time. The fall is usually only temporary, since bitcoin is currently at an ATH of $60k.

Exactly there's probably no need for panic as Bitcoin is a coin that has proved itself overtime so any dip now could be an increase tomorrow

Yes this time is the right time to buy bitcoin because it is not good to buy bitcoin when the prise is up, I think within few weeks the prise will go up again.
