The amount of people that are involved with cryptocurrency now has definitely increased from this point last year and there are many more people that are starting to see its potential and invest in it. When getting into cryptocurrency however the two coins that are most common to invest in for the newbies are bitcoin and Ethereum as they are the most well known. Recent statistics show that the volume of bitcoin and Ethereum that was traded over the course of may reached all time highs, with just these two coins alone having a volume of one trillion dollars. What do you think about this rise?

Well these 2 coins are the major coins that make up the cryptocurrency market so not surprising that they could set records, I'd be surprise if a nobody coin could set records

Unpopular coins have set records before , because there are coins that have set about 5000% increase in a month , only they are just unpopular and most people dont know about it

Yep , but one person can do that with any coin with just even low trafing volumes as the coin doesn't have much demand noe something going on it even

We are discussing BTC and ETH 's performance here, so why include unpopular coins? Those unpopular will get reduction in value if remained unpopular, BTC and ETH are popular.

This is true because whales could easily pump and dump coins to their favour to easily make gains and profit from the market then make money , so that percentage gain could be done by a person

One person cannot do anything on decentralized cryptos, not even a whale, he cannot sell and buy anytime as he like; there won't be many sellers for and from one person only.

I think that dogecoin has actually set some records of its own as well in terms of how much the coin has grown over the last six months and the peak that it reached which was over 70 cents for a single dogecoin.

Yeah true , but the hype behind dogecoin is now just dying down , and dogecoin is slowly declining , and we got alot of dogecoin wannabe memecoins entering the market

This is true. There are many coins that are trying to profit off the name of dogecoin, however i don't see those having any success in the future.

Well shiba inu devs seems to be quute serious about their coin and they are doing lots of improvements and partnerships with their system

Shiba does seem to have potential and if it is well managed with a solid large investor behind it, then i see no reason why it can't grow to the extent that we saw dogecoin grow as well.

I wouldn't be surprised if that volume keeps rising. The adoption of Cryptocurrencies as traceable assets and investment ts will keep bringing in more people.

Definitely, people are beginning to see them as one coins that can be used as great investment and they are adopting them for that. so it will definitely bring in more people to invest

Yeah, the speed at which crypto currency awareness is playing out is just astonishing. Unlike a few months back, almost everyone I come across now has heard or even invested in crypto.

Same here I have noticed that the awareness crestion is getting to a lot more people now. So people are really investing now. So keeping crypto are bay will not happen in a very long time

I think i am going to attribute this rising trading volumes to the way in which people are increasingly getting to know about crypto and the willingness to invest their money in it.
