Hello guys I made an order to buy btc with my 50 dollars free and they say order created but I didn't receive any btc in my wallet so this is a scam guys

I don't know if it's scam or not because i didn't made a withdraw yet, but if you are saying scam because you didn't recieve BTC you're wrong.
check your order under default trading, maybe you placed an order to buy in small price and they didn't sell you yet, i think you don't even know what trade is.

Scam. Can't even create a buy order for Ethereum with it. I'm told there's no balance, even though there is.

i agree with you in multiple acounts thing, but it looks like the verification is taking too much time especialy when i have right now only the ID document while for the adress i need to wait untill tomorrow to extract the document.
