Cryptocurrency exchange Binance started a new charity foundation called Binance Charity where they will donate all the collected funds to coronavirus affected countries. It's aiming to collect at least $5 million from various cryptocurrencies. The amount will be used to buy masks and important medical supplies.

Hey there, I would just like to say hats off to Binance for starting this Binance Charity in these stressful and merciless times due to the Corona Virus outbreak, I hope this charity is a success and that it helps many people out there!

This is good of Binance, hopefully they can realize these amounts and the donations will be strictly used for what was stated. Humanity needs more charities like this and I wish others to join in too.

We need this kind of efforts a hundred times over. The world is nowhere near winning the fight against Coronavirus so this just great news and even greater job, Binance. Our frontliners need it badly.

Hey there everyone, I just wanted to ask if there have been any new developments regarding this Binance Charity because I haven't heard much about it on the news, so is it up and running?

Its a very good initiative by them at least it will help those in need of it, wear it and reduce the spread of the virus , which is alarming in different countries

Currently, the two most affected countries are that of US and Brazil. Brazil can still be considered a developing country, while US not so much. But then they also need all the help they can get.

I think the binance charity is still up and running seeing that this pandemic is not yet over, and most countries affected still need all the help they can get.

Binance has the capacity do donate such amount considering that it is the exchanger topping the list now, I hope the donate more to the under developed and developing nations.

Well, we should not expect too much from them. Sadly, there's still many rich but selfish people at the top of the food chain who don't even want to protect their workers during this pandemic.

I know no matter how little their gestures might be it should be appreciated, if others contribute life would have been more better than it now for those mostly affected.

When donating to the underdeveloped nations , I hope they give the citizens directly and not too some selfish government officials , so the donation will not be embezzled
There are reputable voluntary or charity organizations that they can give the donations to preferably it should not be in cash but releif materials .

Yeah h that's what they should to help during this pandemic , because they can't come from their country to other country following the effect of the pandemic and border closure

Technology has advanced there ways they can monitor all the activities online without moving an inch, it depends on their modalities of donations . Money is the easiest to divert or misused.

.Glad that they took this bold step of donation to help in fighting the covid-19 pandemic.
This may attract attention to the currency , and boast its value , because people will love to buy the coin , in order to donate for the charity .

Nope, there's no such technology invested, yet. Maybe China has it, they fond of monitoring their citizens' every movement afterall.

Food, clothes and medicine are more preferable during this pandemic.
These can be bought with money as well . so this is hwy this binnance project is actually a good move , which will assist people during this pandemic , especially due to the lockdown that has made people spend more and save none .
