One of the most important things when it comes to cryptocurrency exchange, is the ease with which you can deposit and withdraw funds. Especially if you need some of these funds in order to use them or if you are looking to trade between exchanges as well, and take advantage of their difference in prices. In a recent news article, Binance - a major and well-known exchange - has stopped withdrawals for the Ethereum coin, stating that there is a lot of traffic on the network. This can be quite frustrating for users that are looking to withdraw their Ethereum. Do you think that this was a wise decision by Binance, and could it affect their user base?

Users can exchange ethereum to any other crypto as an alternative. I have seen Binance stopping eos withdraw a few days back , but was a temporary one though.

Concerning Binance stopping withdrawals for ethereum. Well, it can affect the fan base but I beleive other wallets too had the same problem due to much traffic on the cryptocurrency coin. It has been rectified
I am not really sure if its going to affect the fanbase , because a lot of people in binance are satisfied with the service they produce apart from the eth.withdrawal issue

They are actually satisfied but if they begin to have issues repeatedly, trust me many people will start finding alternative that are more efficient.

Yeah a lot of people prefer exchange site that offers effective service and when there is too many disturbance i think they will leave

Every Exchange platforms with huge traffic will always have challenges though with time they can be able to manage it effectively.

If huge traffic is the problem ,there are higher hosting to use or they use build another redirection site to sort out the withdrawal portal

I think the reasons most people don't do this is because of the exchange fees, and also that they might incur some small losses due to price fluctuation of the target coin

No doubt this would have an effect on their users, as they are bound to lose some. Well there has to be an alternative though because investors coins can't just be held up

Etherium and gas fee could be the problem most exchangers limit it's activities.
As a matter of fact I don't see while people choose to withdraw from etherium when there are other altcoins.
Etherium are only good when it comes to volatility aside that I can't deal with etherium even their airdrops is complicated.

I think it is not a wise decision to ban withdrawal of ethereum from the Binance, because eth is a second most used cryptocurrency and it should be regulated at more exchanges
The reasons you mentioned don't really seems like a bad thing though.
Despite the charges and difficulty people encounter transacting with etherium,it doesn't change the fact that it's one of the best coins to invest and have a higher proximity of pumping up.
